Today we celebrated our annual brokerage awards along side 600 of our peers. I am extremely proud and grateful to have a hard working team that puts in work with integrity and busts their butts to ADVOCATE for all of your real estate needs! While we did a whole lot of business, none of that matters. What matters is our friends, family and clients placing their trust in us and being able to help you all make educated financial decisions. Some hard…some easy… some down right not what you want to hear BUT in your best interest. SO WE THANK YOU!

We’re excited about new and exciting things coming your way in 2024! Cheers 💥

Let’s talk homebuyer math and about how our team negotiating you a 10k credit could save you significant money!

Let’s be real… most homebuyers go for the cut, and ask to take a negotiated 10k (for reference) off the price which sounds nice.

Digging a little deeper here… 10k cash off the price in hand means roughly $30 off your monthly payment.

Here’s the twist… and a strategy not all homebuyers know… 10k in seller credits really could increase your monthly cashflow.

Applying the 10k as a seller credit towards an interest rate buydown could save you $200-400 a month off of your mortgage payment increasing cash in your pocket!

It may not make sense for everyone but does it make sense for you?

2022 annual awards for our brokerage, CB&A Realtors! The Githens Group was awarded with one of the top awards, The President’s club, and it was all made possible by our clients, friends and family! Jessie also was given the hall of fame award and we are so proud of her, the leader she is and her achievements! We are honored by your support and wouldn’t have made it here if it weren’t for all of you. Our goal is always to exceed our clients expectations and offer the best experience possible when making a real estate purchase, sale or lease.

Thank you and we look forward to continuing to serve you in 2023! #thegithensgroup #cbarealtors #northhouston #thewoodlandstx
