❤️ Dear animal-loving friends,

Today there is a donation matching campaign! When you donate, Kindness will add an extra amount to your donation. 🙏

I have been unable to pay my €4,000 debt to Pet 224 since April, and this month they are asking me to pay €500. But the donations I receive barely cover food, litter, medicines and special food for chronically ill cats, as well as food for mothers and kittens.

My old Sun Animal Rescue page with 7,000 followers was stolen. For two months, every new page I opened was closed. I finally had to change my phone, email and phone number to start again. My new page has very few followers, so my voice no longer reaches enough people.

I continue to take every sick cat I find to the vet, but my debts to Pet 224 and Armilla Vet keep growing. Because of these debts, I cannot afford to spay the female street cats, and they keep giving birth. Sadly, some kittens have already died.

I am physically and emotionally exhausted. I can’t do this alone anymore. 💔

🙏 Please make even a small donation today.
Your support can help me pay the clinic debts, care for the cats and continue rescuing street cats who have nobody else.

Even €5 or €10 can make a difference. ❤️🐾

✨Big thx to all that came out to the first “Studio After Dark”! What a beautiful summer night and such a nice turnout ! It was so wonderful to see everyone mingling, dancing, connecting, and having a great time. Also to watch so many people cross paths who hadn’t seen each other in a while… and for others to meet for the first time. This is exactly what Core Connection has intended to be, a space that goes beyond fitness and movement and truly builds community. Thank you again for your energy and presence. Can’t wait for the next one!

✨ A reminder during Pride Month:

The strongest communities aren’t built by tearing people down.

They’re built by celebrating each other’s wins.

Every Blue Ribbon.
Every Golden Paddle.
Every medal earned.
Every hand raised in victory.
Every player who found the courage to step onto the court.

This year, together, we created something truly unprecedented - a five-level guest-first training system featuring specialized instructional clinics, Power Hour competition, Blue Ribbon Champions, the signature Golden Paddle Beat the Pro Challenge, pro exhibition matches featuring some of the most accomplished coaches and multiple gold medal-winning players in the sport, and a five-level championship tournament where players competed for Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals within their own divisions.

That’s how community is built.

One act of encouragement at a time.

One person believing in another.

One champion lifting up the next.

**Beautiful Together.**

One of my favorite things about pickleball has nothing to do with winning.

It’s watching people discover how strong they really are.

Watching confidence replace doubt.
Watching strangers become friends.
Watching someone take a chance on themselves and realize they are capable of so much more than they thought possible.

People dug deep.

People stepped outside their comfort zones.

People challenged the pros, earned Golden Paddles and Blue Ribbons, and discovered they were capable of far more than they ever imagined.

But the real reward is seeing people stand a little taller, smile a little bigger, and leave believing in themselves again.

Because sometimes all a person needs is a little encouragement, a little community, and a reminder of the greatness that was already inside them.

Congratulations Champions.

Keep believing.
Keep growing.
Keep shining.

Another incredible week of pickleball in Turks & Caicos with Olivia Travel.

From clinics and the Golden Paddle to Beat the Pro, exhibition matches, and plenty of fun on the courts, it was a week filled with learning, laughter, connection, and great memories.

One of the things I love most about these trips is bringing players together, helping them build confidence in their game, and watching new friendships form along the way. The pickleball is always great, but it’s the community that makes these experiences so special.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this week unforgettable. Looking forward to seeing you on the courts again soon. —Mancini @humancini

Re-sharing this featured interview with @mindfulmagazine because the conversation feels just as meaningful now as it did when it first came out earlier this year.

I spoke with Angela Stubbs @angdee1975 about equanimity, Quiet Strength, and the difference between becoming detached from life versus learning how to stay grounded and open-hearted within it. We also explored how mindfulness can support us in meeting uncertainty, difficulty, and change with greater compassion and steadiness.

Grateful to Mindful for featuring this conversation and for continuing to create space for these reflections. 🤍

So wonderful talking meditation, hypnosis, and inner change with the awesome @angdee1975 for @mindfulmagazine ! We took a little dive into those moments when gaining insight into a stuck habit or pattern isn’t *quite* enough to change it— and how to get to the deeper change and transformation so many of us long for. Link is in my bio!
