The workout is only one part of coaching.

The real difference comes from having a coach who notices what everyone else misses.

Over a decade of coaching has taught us that the biggest results often come from the smallest details.

And many of those details aren’t written in the program.

Helping someone feel comfortable in a new space.

Teaching a new movement without making them feel behind.

Creating opportunities for them to discover what they’re capable of.

Those moments build trust.

Trust builds confidence.

And that confidence creates room for real progress.

Then come the details that make coaching personal:

A stance that needs to move two inches.

The one cue that finally makes a lift click.

An exercise that works for your body, not just one that looks good on paper.

Knowing when to push, when to pull back, and when the plan needs to change.

Because two people can perform the same lift and need completely different coaching.

Different bodies.

Different training histories.

Different strengths, limitations, and goals.

That’s why individualized coaching matters.

At All In Strength, every exercise has a reason.

Every cue has a purpose.

Every adjustment is made to help move you from where you are to where you want to be.

Whether your goal is strongman, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, athletic performance, or simply becoming stronger for life - we coach the person, not just the workout.

The program gives us the plan.

The little things bring it to life.

If you’re ready for training that’s built around you, send us a DM and tell us what you’re working toward.

Let’s go All In. 🦅

End of an era for some, start of a new chapter for others. End of the year Academic Asada with the amazing students and young professional colleagues I have had the privilege to mentor, advise, and collaborate with this last year. From long days in the lab to long nights writing, some are off to their next thing- grad school, DPT, or PhD programs. Others are beginning their own work in the @csulbpexs. Thank you all for your consistent dedication, passion, and hard work. And thank you to my awesome (former students and now) colleagues @rodo_mendez08 @sofia_paniagua @thasandman1 who always give tremendous support to our students and help me out a ton. We are exercise physiology. Siempre.

SOLBC BBALL LEAGUE 2K24 (PLAYOFFS - SEMIFINAL)
——
The last time TPC faced this team it took a last second, buzzer-beating shot to get the W. This time, however, was a different story as the Prayas took an early lead & never looked back, easily advancing to the Championship Game in what will be a rematch from last year’s final. 💪🏽🙏🏽

SOLBC BBALL LEAGUE 2K24 (PLAYOFFS - ROUND 1)
——
Round 1 of the Playoffs matched us with the 8th seed, House of Joy, but they sure didn’t play like a “last place” team. HOJ came out swinging & carried a 29-21 lead at halftime. However, a big game from @angefro_ helped carry the Prayas to victory. Down the stretch, missed free throws almost cost us the game, but we secured the W & moved on to the semifinals. 💪🏽🙏🏽

SOLBC BBALL LEAGUE 2K24 (WEEK 7)
——
Despite carrying the 1 Seed for several weeks, the last game of the regular season was crucial as a loss could mean dropping to the 3rd seed heading into the playoffs. Playing with only 5 players too? No problem! The other father/son duo of @jaysutti & @suttibooty caught fire with dad connecting on six 3s, helping the Praya’s Club to lock in that 1 Seed. 💪🏽🙏🏽

SOLBC BBALL LEAGUE 2K24 (WEEK 6)
——
Having that 1 Seed headed into Week 6, you know you got that bullseye on your backs & you’re going to see the best of EVERY team. This game was a dog-fight from start to finish & we found ourselves down 1 with 30 seconds left. Clutch free throws from the father/son duo of @iamsoy30 & @dehdayy in addition to some lockdown team defense on the last few possessions got us the W, but it was an overall great TEAM win.

SOLBC BBALL LEAGUE 2K24 (WEEK 5)
——
Heading into Week 5 we were tied for 2nd place & playing against the team we were tied with. Having only 6 players again, we knew we were in for a battle & depending on how the other games played out, we had the chance to move to that 1 spot…did we pull it off?!? Watch until the end. 🙏🏽

A few of the Prayas were out of town for Week 4 leaving us with only 6 against old our rivals, JWU. They held it DOWN! Loved being on the road & getting that play-by-play via text message. 🙌🏽🙏🏽💪🏽
