There’s life before, during and on the other side of infertility. 💛 Sometimes it means a baby, and sometimes it doesn’t. I cannot believe we are lucky enough to be almost 31 weeks pregnant. While this trimester has been the hardest physically, mentally I am in awe we’ve made it this far….that woman who anxiously gripped her embroidered baby onesie praying it would hold a life one day…is still with me. I hold 2 versions of myself right now and a lot of emotion. There’s excitement, anxiety, anticipation, joy, hope and wonder. I hold all my fellow fertili-friends tightly in my heart as well. You’re right there with that younger part of me that started down this unknown road. And I am praying for your rainbows after the storms 🍍💛

Breathe, Move, Network 🌿

There is something powerful about women coming together not only to grow our own businesses, but to strengthen the communities and families we serve.

@perinatalprosofnj gathered at @blueheronvitality in Westwood for Breathe, Move, Network, bringing together female- and mama-owned businesses and professionals supporting women and families throughout North Jersey.

These connections allow us to learn from one another, better understand the services available within our community, and build relationships with professionals we can confidently recommend when a family needs additional resources, guidance, or support. When we know one another and understand the work being done around us, we’re able to show up more fully for the families who trust us.

Our host, Rachel Burack, LAc & RYT of Blue Heron Vitality, guided the group through gentle nervous system regulation with breathwork, stretching, and movement, while sharing more about her work in acupuncture, East Asian medicine, yoga, and whole-person wellness.

Love at First Stitch with @embroidery.babes 💗

There is something special that happens when a room full of mamas gathers with open hearts and creative hands.
Last night felt magical ✨

We slowed down. We learned something new. We encouraged each other, shared ideas, admired every tiny detail, and watched confidence grow stitch by stitch. So many mamas were trying embroidery for the first time and left feeling proud, inspired, and empowered to keep creating. The focus in the room, the laughter, the conversations that unfolded between stitches… it was an incredible evening in every sense.

Taking time for ourselves matters. Supporting one another matters. Moms supporting moms, from the women who attended to every local business that poured love into this night, was felt so deeply. Reminder, you’re AMAZING mamas! 💗
