A little look back at a special day in NYC. 💛✨

A few weeks ago, our founder and CEO, @angie_tebbe, joined @weareluminary for Luminary Live NYC, taking the stage alongside @cateluzio for a fireside chat filled with thoughtful conversations, shared experiences, and meaningful connections.

We’re so grateful for spaces that bring women together to share ideas, learn from one another, and leave feeling a little more inspired than when they arrived.

Thank you to the Luminary team for having us! 💛✨

Toronto + Birthday + BF = Good Times
Ended our past weekend travels in Toronto celebrating David, exploring art, shopping, “hiking” islands, going up a tower (not sure the purpose) and enjoying food and drinks…and of course celebrating David turning another year backwards😉.
A few key takeaways, I love Canada, it’s Lake Ontario, the band Hole was iconic, the food scene in Toronto is incredible, and diversity in society is beautiful. ❤️🇨🇦
Thank you @angie_tebbe for the itinerary…we hit almost your entire list. It was our guide to so much fun this past weekend.

There's a lot of pressure to be everywhere. With more creators, on more channels, create more partnerships, build more campaigns, and build more content.

But scale doesn't always come from expansion.

Sometimes it comes from concentration.

I found Angie Tebbe's framework at Rae Wellness incredibly refreshing because it challenges the assumption that growth is always a function of doing more.

Depth creates trust. Trust creates loyalty. And loyalty creates sustainable growth.

"Fewer. Deeper. Bigger."

I think that's a framework many founders could benefit from right now.

One of the biggest misconceptions in entrepreneurship is that companies grow because of better strategies.

Strategy matters.
Capital matters.
Hiring matters.

But founder development is often the variable we talk about the least.

I've worked with enough founders to know that every stage of growth demands a new version of the person leading the company.

The founder who launches the business isn't the same founder who scales it.

The founder who manages a team of five isn't the same founder who leads a team of fifty.

And the founder who survives adversity isn't the same founder who entered it.

What struck me about this conversation with @angie_tebbe of @raeforwellness was her emphasis on internal work. Not as a luxury. Not as something you prioritize when you have extra time. But as a fundamental business practice.

Because leadership isn't just about building a company.
It's about building the capacity to lead the company you're trying to create.
