❤️ 12 Mile Thanksgiving WOD 🍂 Our Thanksgiving Girls house tour took us to Annie, Eva, Kelly, and Gwen’s "house" for a team/station workout, some fresh air, and a whole lot of good people coming together. One of our favourite things about these holiday WODs is mixing class times and getting to see our community connect outside of our usual classes. Watching people come together, cheer each other on, and build friendships is what makes this place so special. We’re incredibly thankful for every person who shows up for themselves, supports 12 Mile, and helps make this community what it is. We really do have something special here, and we’re so grateful to share this journey with you ❤️ Happy Thanksgiving, 12 Mile crew! Love the Journey 🫶

🍂 A little look at our first annual 12 Mile Turkey Trot! 🦃 We took to the 12 Mile Trail and Brock University campus for a morning of movement, fresh air, and good company. From running the trails to turning the natural surroundings into our own outdoor gym, it was a fun way to get moving and connect outside the gym this Thanksgiving weekend. So much more than a workout. Just good people enjoying the journey together 🧡 Here’s to the first of many! 🍁

🍂🦃 Good people, fresh air, and miles together on the Twelve Trail. Our Turkey Trot was a little reminder of what community is all about. Crunchy leaves, good conversations, new connections, and getting outside together. This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the people who make Twelve Mile more than just a place to work out. It’s the community, the connections, and the feeling of being part of something bigger than yourself. From hospital NICU rooms to @adobe MAX. 8+ years ago, @adobeexpress Express kept my business alive from a hospital room. My son was in the NICU for nearly 4 months. We almost lost him multiple times. I almost closed my business. Only mobile phones were allowed in the hospital, and Adobe Express was the only tool I could use—so I learned it inside and out because I had to. And it became a support that followed me as I took him to all his therapies and appointments after he left the hospital. What I didn’t expect: that app would connect me to a community of creators who get it. People who understand the drive, the pivots, the late nights making it work, speaking about the app, and friends who share your name in rooms you aren’t in. At Adobe MAX, I spent most of my time at the @linkedin booth doing demos. Three updates I kept coming back to: 1) Brand kits glow-up: Update your brand once, and every template reflects it. No more sending new files to clients. No more version control nightmares. 2)Integrated ad publishing that actually works: LinkedIn collaborated with Adobe Express to create ad collections that showcase what’s possible. Design, customize, resize, publish to LinkedIn, Google, Amazon, TikTok—without leaving Express. 3)Safe zones that show you what platforms will crop: This was my most-demonstrated feature. No more guessing if your text will get cut off. Express shows you the safe zones before you publish. From keeping my business breathing in a waiting room to demoing at MAX—Adobe Express has been there the whole time. Adobe Express has evolved. I’ve evolved. And now?
