From bagels, to cinnamon rolls, to fast casual, fine dining, and everything in between, my list of the best vegan food in NYC is live on the blog 🍎

I covered the restaurants I tried and loved, and pulled a list of the spots I didn’t make it to that get great reviews and are at the top of my list for next time. And don’t tell LA, but I think NYC has us beat 🤫 Head to vegananj.com/the-best-vegan-food-in-new-york-city for the dish 🍝

46 trips around the sun and I plan to stick around for at least another 46. I had a lovely birthday weekend (10/10) celebrating with some of the people I love. Grateful for another year! Thank you to my friends who came out to enjoy a delicious dinner at Anixi and to my sister-in-law Jen who hooked us up with Lion King tickets and got us a backstage tour with her friend’s daughter who did an amazing job playing young Nala and the baby elephant! 🥳♥️🥹🙏🏽 ♎️💖 #libraseason #birthday #46 #lionking #love

@anixinyc will go down in history as one of the best vegan restaurants of all time. I said what I said and I’ll say it again! From the mind-bending khachapuri to the Dubai chocolate cheesecake, each bite was a marvel and you absolutely must experience this place if you’re in NYC. Until next time, Anixi ✨✨

I got to join my friend Carleigh from @plantyou and her family for the first leg of her book tour for her new cookbook, Quickies! 📚

The weather was windy, rainy, and not ideal for exploring, but we made the best of it and packed so much into our time together. We toured a museum, ate our way around the city with stops at @libertybagelsny, @anixinyc, and @colettanyc, @anitagelatousa, and even got to catch up with our literary agent, @wendysherman.

We ended the trip with an absolutely beautiful dinner hosted by @eatbanza to celebrate Carleigh and Quickies. They served some of their new penne pasta, and it was absolutely delicious!

I’m so proud of Carleigh and everything she’s created with this book, and I loved getting to be there to celebrate such an exciting moment with her and her family. ❤️ More to come from the LA leg!
