🔥 ANKORR TRAINING — HERE’S WHAT YOU DON’T NORMALLY SEE! 💀

We’re giving you a longer look inside one of our Ankorr strength & conditioning sessions at the Lab!

4-minute rounds. 6-minute rounds. 12-minute rounds. And absolutely no shortage of work! 🥵

The concept? Simple. The execution? Not so much. 😂

Whilst your partner is chasing a target on the SkiErg, rower or smashing through a strength exercise, you’re fighting against the resistance of the Ankorr harness.

🐻 Bears, gorillas, lateral movements, burpees, explosive drills — and just when you think you’re getting a breather, it’s time to swap!

Heavy lifting meets resisted movement. Cardio meets constant tension. And your partner’s pace can determine just how long you’re suffering! 💀

No standing around watching someone else train. Both working. Both pushing. Both getting the job done. 🔥

And absolutely brilliant work from Mikinda and David! 👏💪

This is what we love about Ankorr. Every session is different, and there’s always another way to push yourself!

👀 A SNEAK PEEK INTO OUR ANKORR PROGRAMME…

Amazing effort from Derek last night as we worked through a huge variety of movement and strength drills using the Ankorr harness, combined with additional resistance work from weights. 🔥

Moving in different directions, working against resistance and combining the harness with kettlebells, dumbbells, landmine work and more — creating a session that challenges strength, movement, control and conditioning.

The Ankorr programme is about getting stronger while learning to move better under load — with every drill bringing a different challenge.

Derek put a serious shift in from start to finish. 💪🔥

Just a little look at what we do in one of these sessions…

Yesterday was a unique experience heading to South Stradbroke Island by boat for @boltpromos core retreat.

The location was actually made for the event, from the double vacant lot looking over the water, their air bnb & the road leading to and from the lot we used it all.

Big shout out to Tom from Paradise Water Taxi’s taking all our team building gear over and back, just going above and beyond.

To the Bolt team you guys were awesome , from the buy from both the Red & Blue groups we put together , the colourful war paint, the commitment to the connection competition games & the escape room solving the core values puzzle at light speed. The mental resilience blocks and the tears we worked through it all lifting each other up.

No doubt the rest of the weekend will be amazing. We can’t wait to see you put the something “extra” into action next week as new team 🔥

VERY excited for these sessions, going to immense at the @strengthandfitnesslab

The SGPT tiers for our 10 Week Challenge are now live.

For anyone who wants more individual focus, greater accountability and an extra push throughout the challenge, I’ll be delivering small-group sessions with only 2–3 people at a time.

You’ll also be placed on my ANKORR Strength & Conditioning Programme—combining heavy conditioning with lifting to accelerate your fitness and results.

Only 6 Performance spaces and 3 Performance+ spaces are available.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

QUI SUIS-JE ? 👋
