I Will Never Give Up🍃

In 2023 Barbados Premier League Football Season, I suffer with a Grade 3 tear on Quadriceps. This costed my team to be relegated to Division One and lost my spot in the Barbados Senior Mens National Team.

Throughout this video, you will see the different recovery proceses and theraphy with @firstchoicehealthcarecentre over the course of 6 months. As time progresses my quad strengthen which prompt me to start intensified training.

After full recovery my club @st_andrew_lions spent 2 years in Division one and was successfully promoted to Premier League after winning Division One in 2025, and made it to the Quarterfinals in @theprimeministerscup.

Being back to my full potential in 2025-2026 season, I was called up to the Barbados Senior Men’s National Team.

Setbacks? Just lessons📝. Doubt? Just fuel⚡️. Pain? Just part of the journey🧗🏽.

The game isn’t over when you’re behind, when you’re tired, or when the odds are against you. It’s over when you decide to stop fighting-and that’s not an option.

Every session, every extra rep, every moment of sacrifice is leading to one thing: VICTORY. So keep pushing, keep believing, and keep working until there’s no doubt left. Because it’s not over until i win.
