Roman here with Empire Strength Co 💪 Quick check-ins with the people who actually make this place what it is 👇 Dalton breaking down the vibe — lights, speakers, old-school iron you won’t find anywhere else. From stair steppers to treadmills that hit a 30 incline, it’s different on purpose. Favorite piece? That chest-supported T-bar row — smooth, heavy, no gimmicks. Row to grow, baby. Cole, one of our very first members, touching on the hand-selected equipment & why old-school just hits different. Magnum shoulder press from FTS gets the crown — shoulder days just hit better here. Anna said it best — the community. Welcoming, supportive, everyone pushing each other to be better. And yes… the Humbler is still making grown adults question their life choices 🥲🦵 This is Empire. Built different. Trained different. Community over everything.

When I moved to Indiana, I truly never pictured myself holding hands with a group of women, thanking Jesus for the food, the sweet community, and—most importantly—the blessing that is @lydiagracehodges (who somehow manages to make love and acceptance of others look effortless). This weekend was full of intentional love, uncontrollable giggles, and moments that made my heart feel a little fuller. I had a front row seat to watch these women lead with grace, kindness, and a whole lot of faith. Grateful for the incredible examples around me and the gentle, abundant goodness of God.

There are moments that feel like glimpses of heaven — and this birthday was one of them. My best friends went above and beyond to create a space that felt so me — every detail was soaked in thoughtfulness, beauty, and love. I left feeling full in every way: heart full, hands open, soul grateful. More than just a party, it was a reminder of how intentionally God places people in our lives. Friends who see you, celebrate you, and reflect Jesus back to you in how they love. This year, I’m walking into a new chapter with deeper gratitude, clearer purpose, and a heart set on remaining present — to joy, to growth, and to the One who is always faithful. Jesus, thank You for surrounding me with community that points me back to You. You are so kind. Here’s to a year of becoming, abiding, and trusting. — even more deeply. This is 26🤍
