Anna started her yoga journey to cultivate self care and to bring balance in her busy life.

Anna has completed the Yogamour 240-Hour Trauma Informed Social Justice and Leadership Training Program. She has also completed Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga training.

❕JOIN ANNA ON THURSDAY EVENINGS for a nourishing self-care practice with Restorative Yoga for stress and anxiety.

🧘‍♀️ The postures done in this class are simple and held for long periods of time with the support of blankets and bolsters as to allow the body to reduce tension without strain or effort.

😌 The focus is on poses for easing the body, heart, and mind into a state of compassion.

🫶🏻Compassion for oneself, each other, and the earth. Sometimes it's hard to get there when life provides us with so many obstacles.

🕊️During this passive practice, you may find yourself in a meditative state where your body is completely relaxed but your mind still is aware. We have lots of blankets but to stay warm during practice, but feel free to bring a long-sleeve shirts, socks, or your favorite blanket.

Infinitely grateful to have a long weekend to celebrate my best friend and one of my favorite humans. I’m constantly amazed by your strength, abundance of love, adaptability, endurance, love for yourself and your communities near and far - I’ve learned so much from you over the years, but one of your superpowers I admire the most is how you show up in the world, be fully present with those around you, and hold space with respect and integrity. There’s something magical about you that is otherworldly. How lucky am I that our paths crossed and we get to live this human experience together? Happy birthday Rebeccah. You are a literal ray of sunshine @beccah_yogamour I had one of the most freeing weekends with you, thank you for sharing West Virginia with us 🥹🫶🏼🥾🎶🌲 special shout-out to @talltalltrees and the @thesteelwheels for putting on an incredible performance at the @thepurplefiddle and to all my beautiful new friends
