Your regularly scheduled reminder that 3 lbs can feel like 30. 🔥

Swan Sculpt = yoga’s sweaty, strength-building cousin.

Grab some weights, turn the music up + get ready to squat, pulse, shake + question how something so small got so heavy.

Good music. Full-body burn. A little yoga thrown in for good measure.

Come see what the shake is about. 👀

👁️ EYE REAL EYES IT NOW. 👀☕️

The Third Eye Reserve Pour-Over Collection goes live this week.

I’ve become obsessed with finding coffees that are genuinely worth slowing down for — extraordinary origins, remarkable producers, high-elevation lots, rare varietals and cups with a story behind them.

Our opening reserve menu:

🇨🇴 Duberney Cifuentes · Geisha Natural — 91.25
🇨🇴 Finca Santa Elena — 90.50
🇺🇸 Kona Extra Fancy · Hawaiʻi
🇨🇷 Coopetarrazu · Tarrazú — 87.50
🇪🇹 Ethiopian Yirgacheffe — 88.75 · grown at 6,069 ft

Every cup is ground fresh and hand-brewed to order.

This isn’t grab-and-go coffee.

It’s an invitation to slow down, taste the terroir, meet the origin and experience what coffee can actually be.

My intention?

Build one of the best pour-over coffee programs in Austin. 🥇♾️

Passion 🟰 🥇♾️🕉️

Coffee with intention.
Connection in every cup.

I love the words of this song… “Birds of a feather, we should stick together.” Because who you surround yourself with matters. 💛

I remember early on in this journey, my mentor and some of my teammates asked me to speak.

My immediate response was, “I just don’t think I can do that.”

And I’ll never forget being told, “Yes, you can. I see it in you. Borrow my belief until you believe it for yourself.”

I’ve shared that before, but I’ll say it again because it changed something in me.

Deep down, I knew that if I wanted to step into the dreams God had placed on my heart and create what I felt He was calling me to create, I was going to have to push through the fear and trust.

So I did.

I borrowed her belief until I had enough evidence to build my own.

And now, years later, I find myself saying those same words to people I mentor.

“Borrow my belief until you believe it for yourself.”

That’s the power of being in the right circle.

Sometimes other people can see something in you before you can see it in yourself. They call you higher. They remind you of what’s possible. And they give you the courage to take that next step.

There are levels of growth we simply don’t reach alone.

Choose your circle wisely. 💛

Kim. Meg. Ana. Alexa. Carly.

Five ordinary women with very different stories.

Some were looking for better health. Others wanted more freedom, more time with their families, or another stream of income. None of them had it all figured out when they started.

Today they’re celebrating wins that go far beyond a paycheck.

More energy.
Less pain.
Improved digestion.
Weight loss.
Healing journeys.
Freedom from the 9 to 5.
The ability to work from anywhere.
Income they once never imagined possible.

The common thread?

They simply said yes to learning something new and stayed consistent.

I love sharing these stories because they remind us that big changes don’t happen overnight. They happen one decision at a time.

If you’ve been curious about the water, the business, or both, comment INFO and let’s have a conversation. Just real people sharing what’s been possible in their lives.

Look at that glow. ❤️

This is what I look like- and feel like- right after @annafelz heated flow yoga class.

Here's everything I did to get here for 7p:

➡️ I finished work at 6 and prepared a baked oatmeal that only I will eat.

➡️ I asked my husband to go to the grocery store as soon as he sat down after work. He grumbled.

➡️ I told my daughter to clean the kitchen and finish making my oatmeal. The oatmeal that only I will eat. She grumbled.

➡️I told everyone they were on their own for dinner. I suggested they cook turkey burgers in the air fryer.

➡️Then I drove off to take my class.

I take care of myself even when it's inconvenient for others.

I pull from family resources like time, money, and labor because I deserve them just as much as my husband and kids.

What most people call selfish, I call normal.

I'm the baddest bitch in my house and so are you.

Time to start acting like it.

How are you going to be a selfish mom this week? ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Happy eating 💋💋💋💋

Well…that spiraled quickly 🌀📉 😆😆😆

10/10 recommend taste testing with your friends ♥️😆

For what it’s worth, I’m confident the plain whipped cream is probably a solid 9 or 10 out of 10 because the bread on its own is quite delicious, but we had to check out some of the other offerings.

To be honest I almost didn’t post this video because no makeup/workout clothes/sweaty mess because we were on the way to the gym but it was too fun of an experience not to share 😆

Also, no, fried bread isn’t what I normally eat. I focus almost always on real food but we were on the search for the best egg salad sandwich in Tokyo and landed here not realizing this shop was a viral sensation 🔥🥚 (also, this was good but 7/11 or Lawson’s is the best tbh)

Which one would you try? Let me know below in the comments!
