Essentia is such a waste of money and it’s not even good for you. I truly feel bad for the people out there that are trying to do good things for themselves, for their family, to take care of themselves the best way they know possible… but the reality of bottled water is it’s not safe for human consumption. It’s LOADED with KNOWN CARCINOGENS and most of the hype is all marketing claims - expect over ones at that.

If you’ve been buying or drinking Essentia, you might as well just pop an antacid or dump baking soda into everything you drink.

Just because something says it’s alkaline, doesn’t mean it TRULY is or that it’s safe, much less doing anything to support your health.

my toxic trait? i physically cannot only order one latte 🍵☕️

one of my favorite things to do is pick a new local coffee shop every week and go try their specialty drinks. today was @hechoamanocoffee - they just opened a trailer off tillery on the east side (they’ve had a spot in pflugerville) and the people were SO nice and the drinks were so good.

i got the pear matcha - look at that vibrant green color! 😭 with their house made spiced pear syrup, i could literally taste chunks of real pear. 🍐 and the misodoro latte with unrefined brown sugar and miso was unreal.

also no upcharge for non-dairy milks which is always a win 🥛

pov: you upgraded your morning routine  i used to punish my body in the mornings... i would have never come out and said that at the time, but my mornings used to consist of double espresso and pre-workout at 5am, fasted workouts, running on fumes, stressing on my commute to work, and treating rest like laziness.

now i nourish it. rest it. feed it. move it because it feels good, not because i have to earn my breakfast 🥹  our last morning in spain started out with sunrise on the beach, sound journey + meditation on red light PEMF mats, visualization, journaling, aromatherapy, then the most beautiful gluten free organic breakfast at the beach!!  basically all my favorite things in one place :)

My 9-5 would never!!! I remember being jealous seeing other people on vacation and traveling when I was working in corporate cause I had to save my vacation for Christmas and holidays since I only got two weeks.

Not anymore!! This is my 2nd trip to Spain this year so far, my 4th retreat, and we are just getting started!! The best is yet to come :)

day one in españa and it was exactly what i needed 🥹

sunrise yoga, waking up to breakfast and lattes being made for us by our caterer (all gluten free + organic!!), a fresh morning walk, then the best catch up time with this beautiful community — friends, colleagues, mentors, business partners and teammates from around the world all coming together to grow, expand, connect and deepen.

2 years. A completely different woman, living a completely different life. 🤍

The first photos were taken during one of the most exhausting seasons of my life. 18 years into a career I’d worked so hard for. And I was drugging myself at night to sleep, and in the morning to get through the day. I was physically unwell, but kept going in the name of “success.”

I thought I just needed better time management, more efficiency, maybe a different company or job.

Then one Friday in May, they let me go. And I had to decide: go recreate the same life that was making me sick, or finally try something different.

I chose different. And my life looks COMPLETELY different today because of it.

It didn’t take me a decade because I didn’t do it alone. I plugged into a proven model, a mentor who’d already done it, and a community of heart-led women of integrity building the same thing.
