With a presentation at the Hamburg Film Festival, the first edition of Nordic NEST is complete 🥳✨ It was a whirlwind of a year, with new friends, experiences and of course a new story and a script to be proud of.

Second edition opens for applications from writers in a little while and I cannot recommend it enough - if you’re eligible, apply!

Thank you @moinfilmfoerderung @elokuvasaatio & @thefivenordics for this incredible opportunity, it was a blast 💥 And a special thank you to our group of writers who made this journey unforgettable ♥️

The films bring us to Cannes. The people bring us back.

It’s the conversations between screenings. The unexpected introductions. The breakfasts that turn into collaborations. The reunions with old friends. The new friendships that might become future projects.

A week of cinema, curiosity, and a reminder that this industry is ultimately built on people.

Back to writing, directing, producing, and building what’s next.

After three intense weeks the first edition of Nordic Nest is coming to an end ✨

I had the huge privilege to develop my new feature film project in a truly inspiring and creative setting together with wonderful colleagues. Guided by our competent tutors from @legroupeouest and organised by Anneke and Pauline from @moinfilmfoerderung.

Finally we presented it to German-Nordic producers during @gbgfilmfestival.

A huge thanks to the jury, Moin, #ffa and the five Nordics for selecting my project and inventing this great program in the first place.

What a great way to start this journey ♥️
