Lira Clinical has truly been the bread and butter of my business and I’ve been using them since 2012. Since the infancy of the line 🤍 Staying committed all these years has allowed me to scale my business in ways I honestly couldn’t have imagined when I first started. It wasn’t about chasing every new brand or trend, it was about going all in, learning the line inside and out, and building real mastery. If you’re a new aesthetician, whether you choose Lira Clinical or not, my advice is this… find a line you genuinely align with. One you trust. One you believe in. And stay with it. Because over time, that consistency turns into confidence. That confidence turns into results. And those results are what build your reputation, your clientele, and your income. For me, that mastery has especially shown up in my work with chemical peels, understanding how to customize, layer, and truly treat the skin based on the client in front of me. That only comes from years of hands-on experience with the same formulations. There is power in staying rooted. There is power in going deep instead of wide. My mother, one of the purest souls I have ever been privileged enough to know, lost her graceful battle with cancer on March 25th. I am not sure what I did to deserve her as a mom, but I will promise to do what I can to live up to her memory and make each day payment to God for having blessed me with her. She was selfless and kind, loving and compassionate, yet never afraid to let me have it the many times I deserved a good whooping. She had a wonderful sense of humor and just enough of the Oakland girl in her that you would never be able to get one over on her. I am going to miss our endless conversations about everything and nothing, I will miss the opportunity to ask her advice on the most trivial things, but most importantly, I will miss her continuous view that I was the best son any mother could ask for. Watching her go through her illness with such grace and courage with no anger or fear in her heart even knowing the ultimate outcome, was both beautiful and heartbreaking. The day she died, my heart broke and she took a piece of it with her to heaven, but that was fine, because that piece was always hers to have. Mom, I know the pain of missing you will get easier, but it will never go away, I will cherish that last hug, that last kiss, and that last “I love you” until we meet again “I will endure a lifetime of missing you for the privilege of loving you” - Unknown.
