The Tallow Shed is proudly women-led.

Behind this little business are two mums raising young girls, packing school bags, walking dogs, cooking dinners, wiping kitchen counters (again)… and somewhere in between, making skincare we truly believe in.

We’ve noticed many tallow brands appear to be male-led businesses and that’s great, but our perspective is different.

We’re women creating skincare for women — for changing skin, busy lives, and people who want something simple, natural and deeply nourishing.

Because we believe skincare doesn’t need to be complicated.
It doesn’t need twenty ingredients you can’t pronounce.

Sometimes the best things are the simplest:

What a day! Thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed the Fair 🙌 We are shattered, but relieved and proud that all the work paid off and you all seemed to be enjoying yourselves.

Finally getting around to some very late posts from last year… We spent part of the summer in London, my beloved old stomping grounds, soaking up time with my chosen family. I didn’t get photos with everyone (because, honestly, my phone was the least of my priorities), but every moment with them made a really difficult Endo summer so much lighter. When I was home, I was resting, recovering, and often struggling. When I was with them, I felt whole again. Grateful for those months in London and hopeful for many more where I can be my full self again. ❤️
