To return home to Self

This path is truly for the brave, tigress-hearted ones
The ones who dare to dive deeper, through the layers of ideas, roles and societal norms

To choose to listen to the wisdom within, to honour this body as temple, this heart as compass

The ones who are done putting on masks to fit it and ready to step into radical truth, vibrancy - ultimately into love
That love that lets all burn down that is pretentious
That love that moves you beyond your wildest dreams

The ones who dare arrive into a place of soft strength, of receptivity, of a togetherness rather than a holding-it-all-by-myself
And as we open to the gifts within and allow them to be witnessed by another something magical happens: we re-member, reclaim, rise - as we always have done: hand in hand

To witness these spaces of transformation, of depth, of connection, of love is my greatest gift and I am so eternally grateful for the mystical call of the heart that so many of us follow to bravely

Vom 02.-08.09. dürfen wir uns über Somatics, Sound, Voice und Zeremonie halten lassen, tiefer begegnen und authentischer ausdrücken.
For the liberation of your whole woman - Die ersten Plätze sind bereits vergeben und wir freuen uns von Herzen über jede Seele, die diesen Weg mit uns gehen möchte.

Ich weiß es noch wie gestern:

mein 33. Geburtstag letztes Jahr im Januar 2025.

Ich öffne meine Spotify-Playlist, gehe in meine Discover Weekly, und der Song „Fire“ von Simon Glöde spielt. Er packt mich sofort. Ich fühle ihn mit all meinen Zellen und tanze in meiner Küche – alleine, aber so sehr und tief verbunden mit meinem Leben.

Es ist, als würde ich fühlen, dass ich ein Teil von allem bin. Nicht getrennt, sondern so schön wie der Sonnenaufgang, so zerbrechlich wie eine Mohnblume, so scheu wie ein Reh, so mutig wie ein Tiger.

Hier auf dem Foto tanze ich genauso. Den Song live zu hören und zu spüren – oh wow. Ich spüre einfach das Leben, das dieses Lied transportiert. So von Herz zu Herz. Und ich bin Simon Glöde so dankbar, dass er seine Lieder in die Welt bringt. Ich hoffe, dass er noch viele Herzen erreichen wird.

Wie man auf dem Foto sieht, bin ich zu dem Zeitpunkt die Einzige, die vorne tanzt. Andere haben eher am Rand getanzt. Erst habe ich gedacht: „Ach, das kann ich doch nicht machen, jetzt hier aufstehen und tanzen … Was sollen denn die anderen denken?“ Ja, selbst bei mir kommen diese Blockaden für ein paar Sekunden.

Und dann dachte ich:

Ja, scheiß drauf.

Dafür bin ich doch hier – um das Leben zu tanzen, echt zu sein und mich nicht von Scham kleinhalten zu lassen. Und wow, dass dieser Moment dann festgehalten wurde. Ich liebe es. Danke an Anna für das Foto, das nicht geplant war, aber genau das ausdrückt, was ich beim Hören des Songs fühle.

Leichtigkeit, Liebe, Zugehörigkeit.
