Back in June, @michelle.allaire @theheartofshambhala and I decided to do our first trial of a poetry & sound evening for the start of summer. We started with my poetry workshop, and ended with her sound bath on the roof as the sun set. It was an absolutely beautiful time with so many amazing people who shared in community and open hearts & minds. If you want me to add you to the list for future events, send me a message ! ✨🤍🙏🏼

Thank you for sharing your photos @reeebsobadia 🦋

visual spell and heartfelt prayer, in honor of the upcoming wild kin circle (details below)

🌊🐚💧

may we find the courage to allow silliness to be sacred and playfulness to be a practical strategy for enduring the intensity of these times 🫧

🕯️may we remember that we don’t have to do it alone, we don’t have to make anything up, and we don’t have to do it all at the same time

may we root in to the places where we are and rise together with transformative impact and embodied integrity 💦

🕸️ may we notice the relational web we weave with our every interaction

may we honor humanity, and our role in the story ❤️‍🔥

…………………..,

@nicolemaymagic and i are beyond honored to invite you to join us for the first wild kin circle this fall. we’ll gather tuesday evenings for 6 weeks, starting Sept. 2nd — this is an emergent virtual group container where we’ll explore principles of spirituality and support one another in our devotion to (and development of) personal practices 🔗 in bio, or send either of us a dm for more info ✨
