These days. We’re all we have… there’s so much to do and so little hope to do it, but we will not be defeated. Hope is currency

We absolutely love seeing our community out there doing the things. It’s never been about us *not* being able to do it, but having access to the equipment, gear, instructors, brave spaces and community for plus-size bodies to THRIVE in outdoor adventure. We are here for this type of energy now and ALWAYS!! 💖

On the last evening of our Greece adventure, the weather was too poor for us to have our Yin Yoga session at our typical spot, but instead of letting us cancel it, the ladies insisted that they all cram into @kanoagreene’s bedroom so she could lead the class there instead 😂 That’s how obsessed our adventurers become about our restorative Yin practices 💓
⠀⠀⠀
Have you ever tried a Yin Yoga class?

The activities we highlight on our adventures are fun and empowering, but it’s the new friendships and community that make it absolutely MAGICAL! 💖

Surfers come in ALL shapes and sizes! 💓
⠀⠀⠀
When some of our adventurers asked me if we could add an extra surf lesson in today, I knew I had to make it happen…and so I did! Seeing them living in so much confidence and JOY this week, has filled my cup more than I could ever express. Watching them squash any disbelief, fear or doubt that they can do all the things…that is what fuels my heart!
⠀⠀⠀
Today, the waves were harsh and the conditions were tough, but they didn’t hesitate getting out there and made a wild surf the most fun morning I possibly could have had out on the water.
⠀⠀⠀
This whole week at @nakoaadventure Costa Rica 2023 has had that kind of energy and I’ll be leaving this experience a better person because of it 💓

Those couple months at the Ukrainian border seem like a lifetime ago…and in some ways it really was. To put into words the chaos, the sadness, the horror, and yet the beauty of that time is just really impossible. I’m incredibly grateful to @ifawglobal for putting this together and for providing me a way to help those in need. “IFAW” stands for International Fund for Animal Welfare, but for me it also stand for I Found A Way ✊🏽🇺🇦

There is STILL war in Ukraine, despite the lack of major news coverage. Ukrainians are STILL fighting for their Lives and freedom. Putin is STILL an asshole!
.
.
🇺🇦 My friends @vet.crew have been going above and beyond to help people and animals in need in southern Ukraine. Absolute angels on earth!
.
.
🇺🇦 My buddy @instasam7lyles has been running harrowing transport excursions to frontline communities, bringing much needed supplies to hospitals, schools, and people.
.
.
🇺🇦 My friends @siobhanstrust have continued their mission from the refugee camp deep into Ukraine to provide fresh pizza to all those in need.
.
.
🇺🇦 My buddy @drcliffworldwidevet is en route to northeastern Ukraine to help animal shelters on the ground and offer his support - and no doubt, also his good vibes.
