18 months in London has been everything I’ve needed (and more) in this short and sweet chapter in the great novel of one’s life.

It’s been so awesome for me to be with my old friends, soul tribe, like-minded people who celebrate me and my need for intellectual stimulation, freedom and variety to my life- which the city provides in abundance.

I’ve tried so many new things, learned so much, improved my mindset, updated my wardrobe, gained a wider network, new perspectives, and I feel emotionally the calmest and mentally the strongest I’ve ever felt in my life.

London what a blessing you are! You first embraced me in 2006 and became my home for 15 years and will never stop being my home… once a Londoner always a Londoner. I can’t wait to leave Chelsea but come back and explore other areas next (in smaller doses)

As I reflect back there has never been a week gone by that hasn’t brought a smile to my face, a burst in my heart, a surprise around every corner, spontaneous divine blessings in the strangest of places and an endless abundance for those who seek.

London is consciousness on crack- whatever you put out there will come back instantly 100 fold so you have to be very aware of your thoughts, actions & frequency. The difference between living in heaven or hell is your vibrational output.

I’ll look back extremely fondly on this chapter (apart from that damn noisy neighbour upstairs & his ferel dog) but nothing is perfect in life and had he not been there- it would have been…. But even that experience was an opportunity which allowed me to heal a noise issue related to a childhood trauma I knew nothing about till it became so unbearable I had to look within for the answers so ultimately I can thank them now for that gift in disguise. 😉

Thank you for all my friends who have visited (sorry my IG story posts don’t get saved to my phone so don’t have pictures of you all in my camera roll) but you’re imprinted in my heart 🙏🏽❤️

If you’ve been wondering wtf I’m doing now I’ve left my corporate job…

here’s a little glimpse into my not so typical day as a creative entrepreneur.

everyday is a new day in the creative playground

Morning starts with yoga / strength training in the studio in my building - working with @anniesyoga
Yoga helps me to check in with my mind body and spirit.

Then I pop over to see my pals @corner.house.cafe while planning projects

Right now that includes the next Salsa & Flow event, my podcast, retreat, new community events, andddd some BIG WILD DREAMS

Some days I’m working from my library.
Some days I’m co-working at @foundryuk in Hove.

a lot of my best ideas happen in conversations with other founders and creatives.

I always take time to slow down and check in with my intuition before making decisions. something I’ve learned matters a lot when you’re building something from scratch.

entrepreneurship isn’t a straight line.

It’s conversations, experiments, ideas, and collaboration.

Often, it’s people looking at you like you’re crazy. And that’s when I’m in my genius zone.

I prefer to spend my time in Wonderland these days.

That’s exactly why we’re creating the

a space for founders, creatives, and visionaries to come together, share ideas, and build meaningful projects.
