This club that I incidentally started because of my challenging perimenopause journey is far more than what I thought it would be or could be.

I’m scared and excited and also a party of one.
Reach out if you’re team real help for real women with real lives and real challenges to this healthcare system.

Stay tuned friends, stay tuned.

Games and fun is my love language.

Fun fact: I was a volunteer camp counselor for kids for 12 summers and 3 winters so I love me some silly interactive games 🙋🏻‍♀️🥳

Midlife women, unite! 👯‍♀️ An evening of fun, connection, and entertainment… all wrapped up in a pajama party! 😂💕

@annievovan is truly a girls’ girl, and I’m so proud of her for creating @clubperidise and building a community where women can come together to laugh, connect, learn, and just feel a little less alone in this midlife era we’re all in.

And the entertainment? @momcomnyc is flying from New York to do a private special comedy show for us AND @shannonnoelcoaching will be there with her guitar singing the funniest perimenopause songs! Plus crafts, mahjong, dancing, and lots of women getting together to just have a GOOD TIME.

If you’re looking for community, new friends, or just an excuse to get out and have some fun, come hang with us!

🗓️ This Friday Oct 9th | 6–10 PM
📍 Orange Door Spaces in Redondo Beach

Feel free to tag some friends to join you or share with others who would have a blast! Also DM me if you plan on going so I can look for you!

Let me be the example that midlife is fun and it’s not over for us to build something meaningful.

Talk about what you’re passionate about and the right people will find you.

Will there be naysayers and haters—- yup….they are on their own journey

There’s room for all of us who want to explore our passions

I wouldn’t have started Club Peridise (my passion project) if I didn’t feel better bc I advocated for my health— so check out the resources in the free online lounge (clubperidise.com/join)

Always consult with a menopause specialist that is up to date 👌🏽

I’m throwing a party for women in perimenopause because why not?!

Before the holiday craziness, join me in Redondo Beach this Friday!

Meet others and I have a fun night in store to bring joy and laughter into our lives.

It’s an event created for midlife women to gather and connect
Music
Mahjong
Comedy show with @momcomnyc @shannonnoelcoaching
And activities to throw it back to the simpler days

Come solo! Pajamas are not required but prizes and contests will be happening 🥳

To all the people who asked me why do I bother talking about my life and perimenopause online….

It matters. Thank you threads, IG and TikTok fam !!

I don’t want women to be turned away from getting care like I did.

I don’t want women to accept “it’s just a part of aging” and be gaslit about perimenopause like I experience; by my doctor.

And I want women to seek help from board certified providers who have gone above and beyond in their medical training to get up to date information.

I am no longer a pharmacist— but I am someone who believes you need to know that perimenopause is not the end of joy.

Perimenopause can be that time in your life when you stop carrying things that don’t serve you- and that’s why I started @clubperidise

Join the free virtual lounge and meet other women.
Come to the next free virtual q+a
Come to the next event in LA (meetups are free or ticketed)

And plssss come to our Perimenopause Pajama Party on Friday!!! We are celebrating one year of Club Peridise with

- comedy show @momcomnyc @shannonnoelcoaching
- open play mahjong
- crafts
- game room @orangedoorspaces
- and surprises!
- music! Still need a DJ btw!
