LOL @another.page.turned why are we so awkward
---

It was so fun getting to meet @rmgrayauthor and hear about her book, her writing process, and how she got into reading and writing! The details of this limited edition are so beautiful-- the dust jacket, the actual cover, and the inside are all gorgeously illustrated, and the sprayed edges *chef's kiss* I can't wait to read it!

I'm also absolutely going to be looking out for her future books (Treasure Island meets Anastasia, sign me up ✍️).

• song of achilles by madeline miller
i absolutely adore geek mythology and greek retellings. this book captivates me with its poetic retelling of Greek mythology, blending deep emotion, love, and tragedy.

• the invisible life of addie larue
i love “the invisible life of addie larue” because of its beautifully crafted narrative about a woman cursed to be forgotten. the novel’s themes of loneliness, freedom, and the desperate longing to leave a mark on the world resonate deeply with me, making it a profound and unforgettable story.

• verity by colleen hoover
i went into verity with a very open mind, however it realllyyy was not for me. the plot feels overly sensational and relies too heavily on shock value. the characters seem very underdeveloped, and the twists, while unexpected, come across as forced rather than organically built. it left me feeling disconnected from the story and its resolution.

• cardan greenbriar
i absolutely love cardan. his complexity, moral ambiguity, and witty nature make him captivating throughout “the folk of the air” series. his arrogance masks a deep vulnerability, and his dynamic with jude is electrifying. he’s the perfect blend of charm, danger, and emotional depth.

•midnight in everwood by m. a. kuzniar
i’m really excited to read “midnight in everwood” because it’s a nutcracker retelling, and as a ballerina, the story already resonates with me. i can’t wait to see how the magic and dance are woven into the narrative, making it even more special for me.
