BEST WEEKEND EVER 🪩 PITCH YOURSELF OUT THERE

When I dreamt up Pitch Yourself Out There I thought that the magic of it would come from 20+ attendees, selling out tickets

But what we created was intimate conversations with experts, hot seat coaching where we broke down each person’s 12-month visibility goals, conversations about pitch decks, email-follow ups that honestly can’t happen at a 300-person conference

Thank you to the guests that flew in from the likes of Ireland and Canada, and the ones who were just down the road an uber away

Thank you the speakers who believed in the event from the start, who shared their expertise so generously. There are soooo many notes 📝

Thank you to the volunteers that showed up before guests arrived and helped me pack up long after guests had left

Thank you to my Airbnb host who was so lovely and made my super busy hectic stay wonderful and magical

Thank you to our gifting partners @papier @wunderbrow @drinkcog @drinknoosh

Super super grateful to call this work

Thank you thank you thank you

Three years ago today I launched my podcast ‘On The Go With Manav’ and what a ride it’s been! Along with approaching my 40th podcast episode, I’ve hosted my first networking event at @kasacafelondon, a panel discussion with four incredible panellists and podcast guests @dr_stella_k @samahh04 @idrisdinxiii @riakalsi and continuing to inspire people with their career journeys. I cannot wait to see what the next 365 days will bring 🔥 Big things coming up 🙌

Pictures above were taken at @kasacafelondon on 25 April 2026 as I hosted my first networking event. Guests got to enjoy a couple of icebreaker activities, relaxed chats about career journeys and the chance to connect with like-minded individuals ✨

Who'd have thought that learning the periodic table in Chemistry would be so helpful when performing on stage?!

What a great couple of weeks bringing back Tom Lehrer is Teaching Math and Doesn't Want to Talk to You for its third sold out run, looking forward to the next!

To perform a show with 20 of Tom Lehrer’s songs you need to have a very good warmup! So @harry_s_style @nablur and I decided to dedicate a free afternoon to memorizing the words to The Elements. Personally, I think it’s rather a shame it didn’t make the show itself! As far as I can remember. #tomlehrer #theatre #london #musicalcomedy #soldout

Happy Wednesday! I’m back to highlight two incredible behind the scenes stars of Ghost in The House!

None of the BTS photos that so beautifully captured the day of shooting process would be here without the incredible eye of @alan.j.hewitt there’s a particular attention to detail that so brilliantly comes through in every photo he captured. What a gift you are!

The climax of the Ghost in The House music video was built around this dance sequence choreographed by @anoushkahem it was the coolest thing ever to see how thoughtful her choices were and how this dance moved the plot along while also reflecting the duality of playfulness of imagination and the haunting weight of reality in each movement! You are a star Anoushka!

Scroll to see pics and rehearsal videos and the dance sequence from the Ghost in The House Music Video!

More flowers to throw soon!

But seriously, I still can’t believe this all happened. I met so many amazing people at UCLA and everyday I was (and still am) in awe of their talent. Thank you to everyone who made the last stretch of senior year a happy one 💙💛

And to my friends that I was blessed to transfer into this school with: Thank you for all of the adventures and memories (and the group costumes/ themed hang outs). We started this insane journey together and I’m so happy we were able to walk across that stage together as well. I love you guys 🐢
