Club chefs, 40 Under 40 honorees, and brothers Anthony Capua and Vincent Capua created an opportunity for their respective culinary teams to work and learn together.

“There is so much talent inside the club culinary community—right here in our own backyard,” says Anthony. “We should be opening our doors to one another more often.”

Anthony Capua IV CECC WCEC WSET 2, Executive Chef of Club Pelican Bay, shares a new way to approach wine dinners: The Interactive Chef’s Dinner. This experience is inspired not only by culinary technique and thoughtful wine pairings, but by the dishes and moments guests gave carried with them long after a trip ended.

💖 75 Plates, 75 Stories 💖

Last night, we had the honor of serving 75 hot plates to our unhoused community, and each plate came with a unique story. ✨
Every interaction was a reminder of the beautiful tapestry of personalities that make up our community. From laughter to heartfelt conversations, we were touched by the strength and resilience of each individual we met.

Thank you to @ahnf_lt @ant_capua @wagner_jack30 who joined us in making this possible and sponsored this delicious tasteful meal❣️Together, we are not just providing a meal, but also sharing love and compassion. Let’s continue to uplift one another!
