🦵🏻1631 lbs Leg Press

:) Eccentric ARX Leg Press.

So strong today on Leg Press I would’ve won the Strongest Member Competition @thefortworthclub 18 months ago if I did Leg Press only and walked away before even attempting Chest Press.

S T R O N G day on Peak Performance Station 1 ARX.

Station 2 AllCore 360 for 🔥 abs and core workout, 0°.

🚲 Station 3 @thecarolbike featured strongest peak power in a minute and a half at 1240 watts, narrowly missed 40 fitness score but considering heart rate was elevated after going HAM on ARX, I’ll take 39.9 today P.S. what other workout can you burn 206 kcal in 8 min?

Station 4 dumbbells nothing record-breaking but I was happy with being able to do reverse lunges w/ 95’s for consistency better depth vs. 90’s a few weeks ago, 10 reps each leg Set 1, 9 reps each leg Set 2, will stick with these for probably at least another 2 weeks.

🥇Station 5 Power on Flywheel and Proteus snuck out 1 PR on trunk rotation, mistakenly entered 35 lbs X 28 but corrected it after

Thanks Chad, Nate, Lauren, Joey & @antperformance_ for your encouragement and support today even though I went just a lil over time by 7 min but made it.

Strength’s coming back big time ~3 1/2 months post car collision injury and you all have helped me along the way.

If you ever have a season you forget your strength:

Remember how far you’ve come from Day 1.

Me personally I started my fitness journey barely being able to run 1 mile within 14 min.

Since I experienced my own transformation 6th-7th grade it opened my eyes to how I was capable of much more than I used to give myself credit for at 12 yo.

So that’s why I as an average joe want to show you you got so much more in you, fitness and strength as a stepping stone to help you see this in you firsthand.

That I’ve seen in you from Day 1.

And if you’re out here today feeling how I’d felt for nearly 3 years recently, broken emotionally, actually believing some days I’d never come back to me, today setting all-time personal records at 34 yo:

Talk to me today, reclaim your personal power asap.

👑 And together finish 2026 stronger than ever

💪🏻🥳7 PR Day @thefortworthclub Smart Gym today

Despite the fact I felt a lil under-fed outta the gate, Peak Performance Class this week was surprisingly strong.

🦾 Station 1 ARX featured:

1st 1500+ lbs eccentric Leg Press max in a while
1st 1150+ lbs concentric Leg Press max in a while
1st 4000+ Leg Press output in quite a while w/ 401 intensity
Up across the board on Row too feat. 1118 output
Up for the most part on Chest Press all except marginal concentric max deficit

I’ll take it.

🔥Station 2 AllCore 360 for killer abs and core workout in 8 min

🚲Station 3 @thecarolbike although I knew my recovery between sprints was not very good, peak power was pretty strong personally at 1,218 watts peak power

Station 4 Dumbbells featured 3 PR’s:

🥇🥇🥇Sets 1 & 2 Suitcase Deadlifts, between you and me I can do more and I plan on bumping up weight next session but after legs were smoked from ARX and CAROL, did just enough to qualify for PR for this exercise here today.

🥇Set 2 Bicep Curl 50 lb dumbbell 12 ea arm, between you and me I’ve done more before but I like how this specific variation of bicep curl helps keep you honest with less room to use momentum but I won’t lie I kinda used just a lil bit those last couple each arm but still counting PR, will hold this weight and keep from moving up to 55’s till I can get 50’s more smoothly

Station 5 Power the final station featured 4 PR’s:

🥇🥇Sets 1 & 2 Push/Pull on Keiser
🥇🥇Sets 1 & 2 Push/Pull Proteus

Done in <1 hr, thanks Chad for your encouragement and helping w/ putting on a very solid workout music lineup of The Marshall Mathers LP, @antperformance_ for your encouragement as I was halfway through my final station, and Lauren on my way out.

Thankful for all of you who’ve been a part of this journey of building+rebuilding.

The connections your athlete makes today can come back in ways you never expect.
I have a whole list of coaches I can call when we need help, and that didn’t happen by accident.
It came from talking to people, visiting places, and staying open to conversations most people skip.
You never know which “small” connection turns into the exact answer you need later.
Be decent. Be curious. Stay connected.

Summer soccer training is officially open for the 2026 off-season and this is where the work gets different.

At APEC Soccer, we don’t just train… we develop athletes.
Speed that translates to the field.
Power that changes games.
Strength that keeps your body resilient.
And energy systems that let you outlast the competition.

Each week, we’ll be giving you a behind-the-scenes look at how we build performance starting with how we develop acceleration specific to soccer.

Early Bird Registration is NOW LIVE.
Lock in your spot, commit early, and set the tone for your off-season before everyone else catches up.

The question is simple…
Are you separating yourself, or staying the same?
