At OMNI, every practice starts somewhere. 🧘

Our Beginner Yoga class with Anna (@anuschkaskiez) offers a welcoming space to explore the foundations of yoga at your own pace.

Get familiar with the poses, find your breath, and build confidence in your practice without the pressure to get everything right. Whether you’re new to yoga or ready to revisit the basics, there’s room for you here.

Join Anna every Thursday, 10:00–11:00.

After completing her yoga teacher training in Thailand, Anna (@anuschkaskiez) found her love for guiding others through the practice.

She especially enjoys a Yang to Yin approach, balancing energising movement with moments of stillness and release. Her favourite posture? Savasana, of course.

This Thursday, Anna introduces our new Beginner Yoga class: a welcoming space to learn the foundations of yoga, build confidence, and find your own rhythm on the mat.

🗓 Thursdays · 10:00–11:00
