POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After signing the lease, we got to work. Our vision had always been clear — now it was time to turn it into reality.

Long before construction could begin, we spent months bringing every detail of the space to life together with our amazing architect Apameh Schönauer. @apamehstudios

How should the space feel?
Where does the matcha ritual take place?
Where and how do we present our products?

These questions led to countless floor plans, testing workflows, carefully selecting equipment, and more iterations than we can count — all while navigating regulations, technical requirements, and long delivery timelines.

Our goal was never just to open a store or matcha bar. Instead we wanted to create a space where the ritual comes first. Where every cup is prepared with intention. Where our products come to life.

Seeing the first pieces of equipment arrive made everything suddenly feel very real.

And now, construction finally begins.
More soon. 💚

Better late than never ♥️
