Meet Richard. 51. 14 weeks into Alpha21. Richard made the decision to come onboard Alpha21 and fix his health after a close family member sadly passed away which left him in deep shock and grief. This forced the decision to take action. When Richard came to us, he was active. On his feet all day. 10,000+ steps without thinking. Trained for years. Strong mindset. By every conventional measure, he was doing the right things. But the body was telling a different story. Fat around his waist and chest he couldn’t shift. Waking 3 times a night to use the toilet. Afternoon energy crashes. Binge eating cycles. A relationship with alcohol he knew he had to confront. A deep sense that something internal wasn’t right. This is the pattern we see in almost every man who comes to Alpha21. Effort was not the issue. Information was. Without data on what’s actually happening inside the body, every decision becomes a guess. You train harder. You eat cleaner. You add another supplement. And the needle barely moves because you’re treating symptoms while the root cause keeps running in the background. We ran his full blood chemistry. Cross-referenced every marker against the functional optimal ranges. Mapped it against his symptoms. Built the program around what his body actually needed. 14 weeks later he’s got energy that lasts all day. ‹He’s got abs for the first time in his adult life. And he’s got himself back. The win is the man he had to become to get here. Richard told us on the call he wanted to inspire others. Mission accomplished. That are guys 10, years his junior who believe they are ‘passed it’. Richard proves that’s all false then you have the right mechanisms in place. If you’re a man over 35 and something in Richard’s story landed for you, DM the word BLOOD. We’ll see if you’re a fit for the system that got him here. #alpha21 #clientresult #getinshape #fitover50 #healthiswealth

Had the pleasure of flying over to Manchester and peaking my own clients for the Xmas @alpha21_transformations photoshoot for the first time yesterday - so proud of these guys and the work they’ve put in. Moments like this is exactly why I love coaching, seeing the positive transformation of each of the men on several aspects all life throughout this process coaching them couldn’t be more rewarding. Eric - at 59 of age has achieved the best shape and physical fitness in his life. Darren - has come off blood pressure medication entirely, improved blood markers across the board and is now in the best shape of his life to walk his daughter down the aisle in Jan after losing 19kgs! Gus - after decades of sleeping issues, feeling chronic fatigue, gut health issues and spending years + thousands on treatments has now finally managed to feel great/ energetic everyday, fixed his sleep and has the healthiest digestive track he can ever remember. On top of all that he managed through the habits formed to fix his health to lose body fat, build muscle and get into top fantastic shape 📈 Shaun - big shoutout to this dude!unfortunately he couldn’t make it to the venue but he worked his butt off! In only 10 weeks he improved his bloods markers and completely transformed his physique! (Last slide) Scroll right to check out the before and afters đŸ€ŻđŸ€đŸŒ

I got a bit emotional yesterday listening to some of the guys stories... Some of the health challenges they’d faced for years without any hope. How many times they’d been let down by ‘specialists’ who just left them on more medications. How low their confidence had dropped over the years while they’d not taken care of themselves. A few of the guys even mentioned how they felt as though they’d lost themselves completely... Like they didn’t recognise the man they’d become. This was our 4th photoshoot event of the year and the thing that impressed me most this time round was that the guys barely spoke about the physique... Despite them all getting into phenomenal shape - The wins were so much deeper than the body. It was the coming off a never ending list of meds... It was getting their energy and confidence back... It was fixing their long term gut issues that had plagued them for years... It was feeling like themselves again... The transformation was far beyond the physical side of things you can see in the pictures. It’s an identity shift. That’s what Alpha21 is really about!

What a day
đŸ’Ș A few BTS shots from another incredible Alpha21 photoshoot. From the outside, it looks like it’s all about the physique, 10 men getting absolutely shredded. But what I really love about these days is the part you don’t see. The stories behind the journey. Every man walks in with his own reason for being there. His own setbacks. His own battles he’s had to push through. And every single one of them chooses to conquer it anyway. Hearing grown men say they’re proud of who they’ve become... That’s the part that hits different as a coach. That’s why we show up. 🙏 P.S. Couldn’t ask for a better team đŸ’Ș

over the weekend we hosted our end of summer photoshoot in Manchester, and it was another truly inspiring experience for me and the whole team. We had 11 guys travel in from all over to attend the event and showcase their results. We had some northerners. We had some travel 6 hours up from the deep south. One man even travelled in from Dubai for it (Outrageous commitment). I am incredibly grateful to be able to be part of these guys’ transformation journeys.  And to have made such an impact that they are willing (and even ‘wanting’) to make this sort of commitment to take part in the event.  And let me tell you this
The results did not disappoint.  Steve, at 59 years old, dropped 16 kilos and revealed his abs for the first time in decades
He’s now heading into his 60’s in better shape than most men half his age. Sam got leaner than he’s ever been and the moment he saw his pictures said
‘I can’t believe that’s even me’ And then we had Paul
A man who’s dropped 65 Kilos since last year and gone from morbid obesity to six-pack-lean in just 12 months. He’s very likely added 20+ years to his life in the process too. I wish I could show you all of them today because every single one of them has done themselves proud and achieved an unbelievable result. And I am not just talking about the physical transformations. Honestly, that’s only scratching the surface of what these guys have achieved. These men have added years to their life. They’ve built habits that will last forever. They’ve become better leaders for their family and kids. It’s a firm belief of mine that health is one of the most important things in the world. Most men only realise this either when they are faced with a chronic health issue they can’t ignore
Or when they finally start prioritising it and realise how much they’ve been missing out on all this time. The energy they’ve not had. The mental clarity they’d lost. The confidence that was on the floor. ‹All of which often just becomes the norm for them. Most guys don’t realise that they are living in 2nd or even 3rd gear until they start operating at their peak.  Onto the next shoot in Dubai in November now. Dates TBD
