Forever grateful for @charliebrownrealtor bringing me into his team and showing me a whole different world all those years ago when I moved to TX. Real Estate has changed my life and most importantly I have been able to have a huge impact in hundreds of families lives over the past 8.5 years serving our clients.

The first photo is celebrating top team member for homes closed and volume production on the team for the 3rd quarter of 2026.

Second photo is a huge shout out to the whole team @thecharliebrowngroup for hitting our highest ever number of families helped/homes closed in a year and the year is not over yet. Yes the market is a little wacky but we thrive on a challenge and helping people.

Thank you to all our clients/friends over the years for trusting us and letting us guide you with one of the most important decisions in your life 🫶

Here’s to the last 2.5 months of 2026 - there’s still time for you to sell or buy before the Holidays!

If you have questions about the market or are considering a move next year, now is the time to start those conversations ❤️

Our team is showing up in pink to support the fighters, celebrate the survivors, and spread a little more awareness this October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💕

We are going to donate 🎁 a portion of each closing this month to a local charity that is helping provide support to families that are going through this life trial.

Everyone waits for spring to buy a house…
and that might be exactly why fall is worth paying attention to. 👀🍂

Less competition.
More motivated sellers.
More opportunities to negotiate.
And yes — really good homes are still hitting the market.

The buyers who quietly make moves this time of year are often the ones who aren’t fighting the same crowds.

If buying in DFW is still on your 2026 list, don’t mentally write off October just because summer is over.

Your best opportunity might not look like everyone else’s.

DM me OCTOBER and I’ll send you what’s available in your price range. 🤍

Closed on the latest flip project today… thank you to everyone who played a part and helped with this one. It was definitely a much bigger project than I anticipated.

I sold it in 5 hours of it hitting the market and above list price. I took out the emotions and priced it where I would have advised any of my clients.
Pricing is 90% of the marketing strategy in this market. If it not priced right it will sit for longer or possibly not even sell at all.
@taylorddinteriors also did a phenomenal job at staging the home and gave it some extra sparkle… ✨

October feels a little different this year. ✨

Softer. Fuller. More intentional.

The kind of month that brings good news quietly.
The right doors opening.
Beautiful homes finding their people.
Goals becoming something you can finally hold in your hands.
Slow dinners. Full tables. Long hugs.
And little moments that make an ordinary day feel like everything 🫶

Less rushing.
More becoming.
More noticing how much beauty is already here.

Here’s to an October filled with meaningful wins, beautiful spaces, and the kind of life that feels just as good as it looks. 🤍

What an incredible day at the Duck Derby in Flower Mound! Seeing so many familiar faces, catching up with past clients and their families, meeting new families, and simply spending the day together is what events like this are all about.

Flower Mound is more than just a place we work, it’s a community we’re proud to be a part of and support.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, shared a laugh, and made today such a great one. This is why we do what we do. 🐥❤️

Also very special thank you to our amazing friends and partners over at Fairway Mortgage and the Aaron Bush Lakeside Team for providing the amazing YETI raffle prize.

Rich in life because my job is so much more than buying and selling houses 🤍

It’s helping families find the place they’ll raise their children.
It’s making the call that says, “We did it.”
It’s walking alongside people through huge life moments, new beginnings, big decisions and exciting next chapters.

There is so much that happens behind the scenes in real estate, but these are the moments that make me love what I do.

So grateful for every client who trusts me to be part of their story. 🏡✨
