The Vanimal Kingdom took the W in the mixed team division, set the mixed team course record and took 2nd overall @thebuckfifty

Jumped on a plane the next day to the @mcginleyclinic for some stem cell treatment to the spine and now we recover for some pain free bike riding 🤟

To the all-male teams we met last weekend - women are fast so better get used to it 😜

See you all same time next year?!

THOUGHTS ON HOW TO GROW A LONG TERM SCHOOL SPORTS PROGRAM

+ CONTINUITY & CONSISTENCY in coaching. Change coaches every few years and you’ll see inconsistency at all levels

+ LONG TERM THINKING and DEVELOPMENT that starts at the varsity level and aligns all the way through little league and youth biddy sports

+ FLAG FOOTBALL at biddy level that focuses on greater participation and hones in on fundamentals. You’ll grow your entire sports program in 6-8 years with this one simple move.

+ A FOCUSED CONDITIONING and weight room program that is implemented in middle school and enforced at the high school levels.

+ BONUS - call my friends at AP Prep and Weight Room Coach.
