What a fantastic turnout for our very first Real Estate Tea Party! ☕🏡

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us—we hope you enjoyed the delicious tea and desserts from @budapestteahouse while getting all of your real estate questions answered in a fun, relaxed setting.

A special thank you to @bigjuliejules , @the_real_estate_law , and @approvedwithally for sharing your knowledge and valuable insights, and to our amazing Sailing Home Realty team for helping bring this event to life. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We’re so grateful to everyone who came out and made our first event such a success. Stay tuned… this is just the beginning! We can’t wait to host our next event. 💙

Buying or selling a home is a big deal and honestly it can feel overwhelming if you don’t have the right people guiding you.

It’s not just about finding a place you love or getting an offer accepted. It’s about understanding what you can actually afford, how your monthly payments will impact your lifestyle and making sure you’re setting yourself up for success long term.

That’s why having the right team matters!

A financial advisor to help you see the full picture.
A mortgage broker to break down the numbers and options.
And a real estate team to guide you through every step of the process.

When you have the right people in your corner, everything feels a lot more manageable.

Beyond grateful to work with:
@attitudefinancial
@approvedwithally
@nyvalueteam

We’re here to make the process smoother, smarter and way less overwhelming.

Why people (including myself) LOVE living in Long Beach 🌊

✔️ Beach + boardwalk lifestyle
✔️ Great restaurants & bars
✔️ Easy commute to NYC
✔️ Strong community vibe

It’s one of the most in demand areas on Long Island and for good reason.

But I help clients all over Long Island + NYC find their perfect fit 👇

📩 DM me “MOVE” and I’ll help you explore your options

Another full house 🏡
Two hours. Constant traffic. Zero downtime. 👣

This is what happens when pricing, prep, and promotion are done intentionally 📊📸
Buyers show up. Neighbors come curious. Conversations happen.

Big shoutout to Allyson Smolyar, Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer, for being on site and helping buyers understand their numbers in real time 🤝💰 +1 (516) 302-6433

Strong teamwork. Strong turnout.

Grateful for moments like this.

Hard work, great people, and a chance to step back and celebrate together.

Really thankful to be part of a team that shows up for each other every day, not just when there’s something to celebrate.

Cheers to the memories, the laughs, and what’s ahead.
