It’s important to surround yourself with people you want to be like, or those you want to level up to be like…. That’s part of how you get better.
…
I’ve gone to Summer Smash at @1stphorm for 3 years now. Each year I meet new people and get to love on those I know. I leave refreshed on how to grow the mission:

1 mine: helping people to know they are Powerful and never powerless

2 1st phorm: helping real people get real and long term results.

We align. I think we all leave emboldened on it and to make as many people we touch better by the next year as possible.

You see- politics is downstream from culture. Eventually if we can get the majority of the population healthy, fit, working as hard as they can to make money, and to have faith in God and not the system- that’s when change comes.

Eventually, the system isn’t needed.

I hope if you haven’t been to summer smash, you think about going next year. It’s life changing- the people… and the people make the party

So many people ask me, “why 1st Phorm?” And the answer is simple. 1st Phorm is not a supplement company. It’s a culture, a lifestyle, a community, a standard, an organization that truly cares about people and their health. One that holds themselves to the highest standard and expects the same out of you. A place where the people feel like home because they genuinely care.

And if I can support that mission with high quality supplements to fuel my body, even better. 💙

It’s hard to put into words what these people mean to me.

It’s an honor to work along side them, coach them and call them friends.

I am incredibly blessed and deeply grateful.

That’s why these moments are so special. So few places in the world can you find such amazing people, united by a common mission, working to make the world a better place ever day.

This year has been something of a dream. 365 days ago I was in a completely different place, and my confidence in where I’ll be 365 days from now is 100 times stronger. Thanks in part to the people along the way.

I’m grateful for every moment shared with these people this weekend. Time to takeoff 🚀 see you all at SS ‘27!
