I’ve been bursting to share this, but unlike last October, I waited for Amy and Julie to finish theirs first 😂🤭.

Meet Tarquin Frogusson, Sir Bramblewick Von Potion and Frogatha Hopper.

Best friends, mischief-makers and absolute hoppers when it comes to brewing potions.

Do you require the Focus Hocus Pocus charm or the Sockus Locatus potion to help find that one missing sock?

Tarquin is a whizz at colour-matching with his beloved Prismacolors and is also a master at Gelato alchemy. His index of colours is a sight to behold!

Then we have Sir Bramblewick who will do absolutely ANYTHING to avoid a cup of tea. Ironic really, seeing how his favourite pastime is making strong brews in his cauldron. He’s quite partial to a Lavender Latte though and an absolute wizard with a wand full of sparkles!

Frogatha likes to whiffle away at her paintings and she has a habit of dusting absolutely everything with little flecks of white enchantments. It can get a little annoying!

Together, they brew up magical mayhem, questionable concoctions and the occasional accidental explosion… but whatever happens, they always stick together!

I was going to finish one of my autumnal pages yet here we are. I’m in need of something highly pumpkin spiced to get me in the mood as I have around three hundred autumn pages I’d like to finish.

I might just pop PHD after my name as I have so many ‘Projects Half Done’ that I think it’s rather apt…… and fancy 😂

When I saw this post by @archaeonut with @willowbiscuit, I instantly fell in love 💜🩵

The colors, the presentation, the photos… and the music—it all made me smile.

I only realized later that the page they colored is our August free coloring page by @etsuko_kimura2 , and that made it even more meaningful to me. This post truly made me happy.

There’s something about the song that really moved me—about finding safety in the people we love, holding on to hope, and remembering that life goes on.

Most of you know my mom is battling lung cancer and has been in and out of the hospital, and some days my anxiety feels overwhelming. There have been moments recently that really scared me.

But yesterday, I found the courage to visit her with my family… and I’m so grateful she talked with us, knew our names, and was happy to see us.

This post, the song, and these beautiful pages by Jules and Amy met me right where I am.

One of my favourite pages out of a wonderful Wildflowers. I had planned to use a different colour palette but somehow I ended up with blues and purples again. I did add some yellow though! 😃

I never knew I needed a Halloween book, until I saw this one by @hannakarlzon 🎃🎃🎃. @archaeonut (Amy) showed me her copy, and BAM, I ordered it before I even left her house 😆. Thanks for this fab book, Hanna, I’m having many happy witching hours colouring in it!

A colour along with my awesome friends @archaeonut and @suzanne_wb 🧡

When I say a colour along, I mean two thirds were colouring along but the third bought the book, coloured the page and posted in the time it took the other two to colour one acorn! This is also the same person who said they were not buying any more books but apparently was held at pencil point and made to drink decaf coffee (oh the horror!) until they pressed the ‘buy now’ button. And they say I’m dramatic!

For the purposes of anonymity I am naming no names but Amy and Jules are completely innocent 😇😇

This book is very beautiful though and we’ve all had a lot of fun……. just at different times 😉😁
I adore their versions of this page and the jewel colours are divine. My pumpkins look like they need a holiday!

Right, where’s my cauldron? I have potions to brew.

Another quick page from Small Victories.

This colour palette is inspired by my favourite colours and I especially adore teal. I used mainly Chromaflow pencils with a couple of Polys, Prismas and Holbein pencils thrown in.

When it comes to the Gelato I would like to thank my enablers, sorry, friends @suzanne_wb and @archaeonut for making me see the error of my ways 😉

I’ve officially discovered Faber Castell Gelatos (after making somewhat of an armpit with them at the Retreat) #ifyouknowyouknow😉

I used two @fabercastellglobal gelatos for this background and then a limited palette of @derwentartofficial Chromaflow pencils and some @penteluk hybrid dual metallic gel pens for added sparkle 💖. Page from Small Victories by @johannabasford 🥰.

What’s your favourite flavour? I’m partial to raspberry ripple, salted caramel, or vanilla. Although a whippy with a flake is always welcome. Who remembers Neapolitan?

For this one I followed a tutorial from the lovely book How To Paint It by @sharonestevensdesign

I started this when it was hot last week. The weather has now turned from sunny to rather chilly with a chance of sprinkles. I should have painted a mug of a hot chocolate!

Don’t tell anyone but I have my snowflake slipper socks on that I had for Christmas!
