When you accept your own pain and embrace your shadows, you create space for your partner to feel their own pain without judgment and that space can help them heal.

Those feelings won’t always be sweet. But when you can hold your own tears and grief with love, you can truly offer empathy to another.

Sometimes you must lose everything
in order to find it all
so life can offer you
what was always meant to be yours.
setting you on your soul’s journey

When I lived inside suffering, struggle, and pain, fighting my battles alone, what saved me was reclaiming my inner listening, activating my inner knowing, and remembering the wisdom already living within me.
This is the path I now walk with my clients.
To guide them back to their own remembering, to their full potential.
Holding space for others to heal ultimately becomes a healing for me too.

Sharing this sacred journey…
A chapter where duality was at its strongest... the dark and the light equally potent, equally present. The dance between them became one of the most healing dances of my life. It led me to touch the depths of the abyss, while simultaneously tasting heaven on earth 🖤🩶🤍 @archetype1.0

Hi friends - one of my lifelong dreams has come to fruition, to be an artist in residence!! Quinn and I have landed here for the next month at the lovely @krumvilleschoolhouse, nestled in the Catskills among a vibrant agriculture, arts, and community-driven area. There is tons of natural beauty around, from swimming holes, charming country towns, to farm stands and gardens for me to work and play in.

Why am I here? For the last year I have been self-studying herbalism and creating my first healing goods. I’ll be sharing my offerings for the first time soon. 🌿🐌🦋 While I’m here I’ll be ironing out packaging, labeling, etc. This project is so close to my heart & soul and I’m more than ready to dive into the creativity of this space.

I have also been working full time at a photography company, which has come to a close, and I’m now able to expand my freelance photo/video offerings. I have recently re-invested in better gear and am loving how my work is turning out. While I’m here in Ulster county, I am available for portrait/event bookings. Visit my website or contact me directly to learn more!

And to wrap it all together, I’ll be creating a body of work that marries what herbalism and photography mean to me. Everything is connected. I’m so very eager to show you all what comes next! 💛
