Chris lost 7 stone in just over a year.

With no short cuts. No jabs. No b**lshit.

Just a good ol plan with good ol hard work.

A busy director. A family man. A dad who, like a lot of ambitious men, gave everything to his career and his family whilst putting himself at the back of the pile.

But he realised that wasn’t good enough if he wanted to be the leader he needed to be.

In his personal life for his kids and in his professional life for his team.

He was getting out of breath just playing with his kids.

Struggling to focus at work.

Sluggish, drained, and frustrated.

He knew he wasn’t showing up as the man he wanted to be.

And he was tired of it.

Fast forward to today, Chris is just under 100 pounds (7 stone) down.

From XL to small shirts.

From exhausted and stuck to energised and sharp.

But thats not the best part...

It’s not just that he looks better.

It’s that he feels in control again.

He has more energy for his kids.

More clarity in thought.

More presence…for work, for his kids, for himself.

He didn’t give up everything he loved. He didn’t become someone he’s not.

He just committed to a system that fit around the life he already had and built from there.

He trained 3 days a week. Thats it.

He stopped accepting extremely low standards for himself.

He stopped saying "yes" to every bit of food or drink.

If you’re a father, a leader, someone who’s sick of being stuck in a body that doesn’t reflect who you really are… maybe it's time for you to do something about it too. If you send me a message with "2026" ill run you through a personal gameplan showing you exactly how you can transform your health and fitness next year...

Chris is proof it’s not too late. Its never too late to make a complete 180 transformation in your life.

You can change, if you want it badly enough to take that first step.

And his mindset is now completely changed... he's even signed up for the Snowdon24 challenge with me. To climb Snowdon as many times as possible in 24 hours...

2025 was Chris' year.

2026 could be your year.

Jim has a successful business, a nice car, experiences nice things… but still felt something was missing.

He knew the missing piece of the puzzle was his body.

He had given so much to his business success over the last few years that he left himself behind.

His belly was too big. He didn’t feel as fit as he wanted (he’s a keen hiker). And overall, he just knew he was leaving potential on the table.

After trying to go alone at the start of the year, Jim reached out to me in June.

With a simple goal. Get into the best shape of his life in 2026.

He thought he would only drop a couple stone and lose the belly. But I knew he was capable of much more than that.

He’s an extremely busy man with a lot of responsibility on his shoulders.

A property developer, investor and consultant…

His to do list is endless, he has a team relying on him and he is constantly on the go, whether it’s site visits or networking events.

Coupled with being a vegan, this has made it very hard for Jim to see the progress he wanted to before.

We locked in the photoshoot for December and Jim locked himself in to the process and barely missed a beat in that time.

Yes - he still enjoyed the socials and networking events (in fact, he had far too much to drink the week prior to this photo shoot at an xmas party, tut tut)

No - we didn’t sacrifice his business activities at all to put his health first. In fact, we reduced procrastination and improved his performance so he can get more done in less time.

And yes - he only trained 3 days per week throughout the process… because that’s the time he could commit to.

If you’re reading this and thinking “F*CK I would love to get in the best shape of my life in 2026 and only train 3 days a week whilst keeping a social life”

Well, not only is it possible, that’s what I show my clients to do.

If you DM me with “JIM” now, i’ll run you through the details and how we can make it work around your lifestyle just like we did with Jim here.

Here’s the key thing - We just made everything work around HIS lifestyle.

We moulded it around what he was currently doing.

Rather than completely overthrowing things.

This photoshoot was different. Standards will continue to be raised!

I wont be slowing down because ive become a dad... ill be speeding up and making sure im at my best over the coming months and years.

Big love to @jjf_training for coaching me over the course of 2025 so far. I've consistently had my own coach for 8 years... crazy, hey?

Not because I dont know what im doing (obviously)... although, i never stop learning! But because I like someone to take the thinking and emotion out of the process for me so I can focus on being at my best for my clients and family... and on top of that, it always helps to have someone hold me accountable to make sure I dont fail on my word.

Happy with the results over the past few months anyway 💪 until next time.

What's next?

Success means nothing if you can't run around with your kids without getting out of breath.

A good body and great health shouldn't be a "nice to have" it should be a non negotiable.

Its the key to success.

I’ve worked with multi millionaires, people who “have it all" on the outside...

But they can’t run around with their kids for more than 5mins without wheezing or putting their back out...

They can’t look in the mirror and feel proud.

They’re successful on paper… but unfulfilled in reality.

Health is the missing piece of the puzzle.

And the crazy part that a lot of people seem to forget?

When you get it right, it doesn’t just transform your body.

It bleeds into every area of your life.

Your energy, your work, your family, your relationships.

& without it, you’ll never fully enjoy the life you’ve built.

With it, everything levels up.

Most business owners are leaving money on the table… and they don’t even realise it.

It’s not because of your strategy.
It’s not because of your team.
It’s because of you.

Low energy → Poor decisions → Missed opportunities.

You can’t run a high‑performance business from a low‑performance body.

Here’s the truth:

You think you’re functioning fine because this has become your “normal.”

Coffee to get going. Sugar to keep going.

Then you crash at 3pm, and you think that’s just part of the game.

But the reality?
Your health is the hidden KPI that drives everything.

When you finally fix it… when your body is firing on all cylinders…

You make faster decisions, show up sharper, and perform like the leader you actually are.

If you’re serious about scaling,

Start by upgrading YOURSELF.

This is exactly what we do with our clients.

We get high‑performing business owners lean, fit and firing…

So they can win in business and life.

Let’s get real for a second.

Imagine trying to upload iOS 17 onto an old Motorola flip phone.

Yeah, the kind you used back in the day to play Snake and send those T9 texts.

We all know what would happen.. it wouldn’t even power up. You’d crash it instantly.

Why?

Because it’s not built to handle modern software.

Now here’s the thing: most of you are trying to run your life and business on that same outdated hardware.

You’re pushing yourself to perform at a high level. Big goals, bigger ambition - but your body’s not built to keep up.

You’ve neglected the basics: sleep, nutrition, training, recovery.

And then you wonder why your energy’s low, why your focus is off, or why you’re burning out before noon.

It’s ironic, right? You wouldn’t even think of running your business on outdated tech.

You upgrade everything.. new laptops, new phones, new software. All to make sure you’re as efficient as possible.

But when it comes to your body, the most important piece of equipment you own, you don’t put in the same effort.

You neglect it, thinking you can still squeeze out high performance.

Here’s the truth: you can’t. You won’t. And the longer you run on that old ‘hardware,’ the more you’ll get stuck.

Your body is your operating system.

If you’re not physically optimized, your productivity tanks, your stress skyrockets, and eventually, you burn out.

So, stop trying to run your life like a flip phone.

Upgrade your body the same way you upgrade your business tools.

Because when you’re physically at your best, everything else follows.

More energy. More focus. More results.

Take care of your body - and watch how fast you scale your life and business.

These are the 3 hardest things to get lean whilst running a business… that I am experiencing myself right now in photoshoot prep

1) The social pressures. With a lot of networking, business lunches and general catch ups being over food and drink… It can make staying on track difficult. If you don’t have the right system to deal with this, it will make progress nearly impossible... you need a planned system and boundaries!

2) The time pressure. As a business owner, I, like you, have a never ending to do list. There’s always something to do, something to prepare for and build or a fire to put out haha. This means things can get pushed back if you’re not careful. That gym session you were meant to do at 8am became midday, which became 6pm after you’ve finished… which then inevitably got skipped because you had no time. Again, without the right system, you are doomed.

3) Guilt. A constant nagging feeling in the back of your head when you’re doing anything other than working on your business. Every hour training can feel like an hour you’re spent not growing the business and you think “I should be working”. This is the voice that rationalises your poor standards. In reality, that hour you focus on yourself is extremely important to ensure you’re operating at your best.

I have put together my playbook to losing fat as a business owner. Just comment “PLAYBOOK” and i’ll send it over now. It breaks the entire system down.
