🚧 DAY 21 – BUILDING PLYMOUTH’S BIGGEST GYM! 💚💜

💩 Well, today has been a crap day! 😂

The company supplying and installing our mezzanine floor has let us down and they’re now not coming for another week! 🤬

When you’re working to tight deadlines on a project this size, that’s a massive headache!

Sometimes being self-employed really does suck! The stress, the sleepless nights, the constant juggling of trades and deadlines. But there’s no point sitting around feeling sorry for yourself. You just have to find a solution and crack on! 💪

And that’s where teamwork comes in! 👊

A MASSIVE thank you to Ian at G&R and the team at Arc LED for helping us keep things moving.

And a special shout-out to Morgan, my awesome sparky, who’s managed to bring our lighting installation forward and quite literally saved my arse! 😂👏

When one door closes, another opens. We’ve lost a week on the mezzanine, but we’re making that time count elsewhere!

Not every day of building something this big is exciting. Some days are just bloody stressful! But that’s the reality of running your own business, and I’m showing you the good, the bad and the ugly!

Tomorrow’s another day. We go again! 💪

💜 LADIES OF PLYMOUTH… IT’S YOUR TURN TO HAVE YOUR SAY!

We’re building something huge, but we don’t just want to build the gym WE think you want.

WE WANT YOU TO TELL US!

🍑 More booty-building equipment?
🔥 HYROX and functional fitness?
🧘‍♀️ Pilates or Reformer Pilates?
🏋️‍♀️ More strength training equipment?
💜 More classes and different ways to train?
🤔 Or something completely different that we haven’t even thought of?

DON’T HOLD BACK! WE’RE LISTENING!

We’re investing heavily in this expansion, and if enough of you tell us you want something, we’ll seriously consider building it!

We want to create a gym that makes YOU want to join. A gym for everyone, regardless of age, ability or experience.

And don’t worry, lads… YOU’LL GET YOUR TURN! 😂💪

👇 SO LADIES, OVER TO YOU!

Tell us in the comments what you’d love to see. Tag your friends, share this video and get as many women involved as possible!

The more of you who have your say, the more confidence we have to build exactly what you want!

It’s sauna season. As the evenings grow darker, there is no better time to retreat from the cold, wind and rain.
Step inside, it’s time to escape.
Imagine it’s the last of the sunset. You’ve closed the door behind you and settle into the warmth.
A little water on the stones, a cloud of steam...
No plans, just a little time to slow down, unwind and enjoy the moment. There’s nowhere you’d rather be.
Your own little escape, right at home.
📩 DM us the word ‘sauna’ for more info on how we can make this dream a reality.

Bathroom walls looking amazing on our recently completed new build house. Luna Rock plaster with crushed shell aggregate and course hand trowelled finish was installed by @cementable_microcement and enhanced with strip LED lighting supplied by Arc LED.

✨ Modern luxury, perfected in every detail.

Beautiful large-format porcelain tiles with precision mitred edges, complemented by warm oak finishes, sleek antique brass fixtures and soft ambient lighting. The seamless detailing and elegant marble-effect porcelain create a sophisticated, spa-inspired sanctuary where craftsmanship meets contemporary design.

A LITTLE THROWBACK! 🧱✨

A kitchen project we were involved with a few years ago in Angmering, West Sussex, and one that still looks just as good today!

The kitchen itself was installed by others, but our team carried out all the preparation works, including installing the brick slips supplied by @thebricktileco , LED lighting supplied by @arcled_ _ , and all the finishing decoration.

We love how the exposed brickwork and warm lighting work with the dark kitchen units. A really nice combination that hasn’t dated at all.

A lovely project to have been part of.
