Eight years of building a life — and @arctichiveak — in the Brooks Range with @seanbusby.

I’m a winter girl — and with approx. 60 frost-free days a year, this is about as summery as I’m willing to get. The best part about the summer solstice (other than 24 hrs of daylight!) is that winter is officially on its way 🥳

Summers over the past eight years have been filled with tons of build projects, tundra hikes with friends, and soaking up the magic of the boreal forest. I learn and grow more every season I spend here, and today, I truly feel a sense of belonging in this place.

What a gift it is to do life here ❤️
