Kembar Mayang & Pisang Sanggan | Kenangan bersama Bapak 🤍

Dulu, sejak kecil aku sering diajak Bapak membuat Kembar Mayang.

Dulu rasanya hanya membantu Bapak bekerja.

I love my work, but this one feels a little more personal. ❤️

Indonesia’s legendary and one of its most respected ceramic brands, @jenggala_official , turns 50. 🫶🏽🥹 I may have only joined this journey two months ago, but seeing everything come together—and especially seeing Ibu Ade up on that stage—felt like such a milestone.

Watching the whole Jenggala family come together to celebrate 50 years, surrounded by the people who have been part of its story, was such a beautiful moment to witness. Definitely one for my core memories. ❤️

Thank you @elamiandco for bringing me into this family and letting me play a small part in such a meaningful chapter. 🥹

And the exhibition! So beautifully done, tracing the story of ceramics all the way back to prehistoric Indonesia and the Majapahit era, before arriving at Jenggala’s own 50-year legacy. What a way to remind us that what we make today is always connected to something that came before us. Amazing work by Mba @josidaranindra , Mas Danny, and everyone behind it. 😍

Heart is very, very full. I love you all. ❤️

An afternoon spent painting, observing, slowing down, and sharing a table together.

Spent the Saturday afternoon doing something I rarely do, my first time painting with Gouache 😄.

A few hours of observing, mixing colours, slowing down, and paying attention to the little details of the objects.

Seru loh @mariathezar 🥰, please bikin lagi ya 😘.
Thank you for the sessions 😘, ternyata bisa juga painting pakai Gouache 💕sesekali ganti material ga pegang tanah.

A beautiful first day at Ubud Open Studios.

Thank you to everyone who came by the studio that day. It was such a pleasure to meet new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and share a little of the ongoing research behind the work.

These conversations are one of the reasons I love opening up the studio. Sometimes the work continues to grow through the stories and perspectives people bring with them. See you at another round 🫶🏼
