Great night of training! πŸ₯‹πŸ₯Š Some Gi BJJ and some Muay Thai makes for a well-rounded night at Victory. πŸ’ͺ🏽 We also had a bittersweet farewell to Savannah tonight as she heads off to begin her military career with the U.S. Army. πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Even though her time with us was short, she has been one of the most consistent, positive, and uplifting people in the gym. Your energy, work ethic, and presence will definitely be missed. We’re proud of you, Savannah! Go chase that next chapter and make us proud. We’ll always consider you part of the Victory family. ❀️🫑 #VictoryFamily #BJJ #MuayThai #Victory #HardworkDedication β€’ β€’ Come checkout Victory MMAπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‚. A Day in the Life of a Coach πŸ₯‹πŸ₯Š I start my day with my morning recovery routine: cold plunge, red light therapy, vibration plate, and then my supplements. πŸ’ͺ From there, it’s off to the gym for morning striking and MMA grappling classes. πŸ₯ŠπŸ€Όβ€β™‚️ Then I grab a well deserved lunch at Ruby’s BBQ πŸ– before heading home for a midday nap. 😴 Once I’m recharged, it’s right back to the gym for the evening striking and mma grappling classes.** Rinse. Repeat. Recover. Coach**!!!πŸ”₯ #DayInTheLife #Coach #Striking #Grappling #VictoryMMA @victorymmacs

On Wednesdays after warm-ups and drills, we glove up and get some FLOW ROUNDS in! πŸ₯ŠπŸ”₯ Every round, we grab a new partner. Switching out between beginner or advanced, tall or small, young or old, orthodox or Southpaw. The goal is simple: move, experiment, create, and learn no matter who your partner is. Flow sparring gives you the freedom to try new techniques without the pressure of getting dinged up or turning every round into a competition. It’s a chance to work on your weaknesses, explore new options, and develop techniques you might not otherwise try during hard sparring. You don’t always get better by going harder. Sometimes, you get better by thinking more. πŸ§ πŸ’― Flow. Experiment. Create. Improve. Repeat. #Boxing #FlowSparring #MMA #HardworkDedication #VictoryMMA β€’ β€’ β€’ ***Come checkout Victory MMAπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‚. Beginners to pro athletes are welcome! Talent can win you a moment, but TEAMWORK can build a legacy. πŸ€πŸΎπŸ† The strongest teams aren’t made up of people trying to outshine each other, they’re built by people who push, support, challenge, and believe in each other. πŸ”₯ Nobody gets to the top alone. Boxing inside a tire is a scary place. There’s nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. You have to be strong, confident, and aggressive. Your defense, balance, speed, and accuracy all have to be on point. The tire forces you to fight in the pocket, stay composed under pressure, and make every punch count. πŸ”₯πŸ₯Š #InsideFighting #PressureFighting #BoxingDrills #Victory #HardworkDedication β€’ β€’ ***Come checkout Victory MMAπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‚.
