Same girl who pushed the sled this morning.

Strong in the gym, feminine at dinner — that’s always been the goal. Jacked in a feminine way 🤍

Dinner look: black lace + all the gold layers.

Dedication and hard work
That’s all there is to it….everyday I am in pain some days more some days less. Having a chronic disease is no joke. But sticking to my routine keeps me going. Even on vacation. @buoy

Switched it up into the cute 🥰 @seafollyaustralia bikini 👙

Happy Tuesday ☀️

Outfit of the morning — and heading to get my workout out of the way first.

Working out on vacation isn’t optional for me. I live with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, POTS, and MCAS. A sedentary life really messed me up. For me, being strong is key to living a life that’s not filled with horrible pain.

So I move first, then I enjoy the day. Strong over everything.

My friend texted me yesterday: “You’re jacked, but you’re jacked in a feminine way.” Thanks, Whitney 🤍 That was the goal all along — strong, and still feminine. I love style too much to give that up.

Follow along @itsheatherking + @argyle_styling + @builtnotbotoxed for real life at 53 — aging strong with physical hurdles, clean beauty, garden-to-table cooking, and styling what I actually wear and love. If you’re navigating chronic illness and trying to stay strong too, you’re not alone here.
