Date night with the wife at the Nutcracker Ballet at Blumenthal! Becoming parents made us appreciate nights like this even more. Getting dressed up, slowing down, and being fully present together 🙏🏻 Building a life you love isn’t always about big changes, sometimes it’s just making time for moments like this. #marriedcouple #parenthood #datenightoutfit #charlottenc #parenthood

The kid woke up pretty early today so we decided to get dressed and take a spontaneous day trip and had a great time! Not the fit check I expected, but exactly the one I wanted! #dadlife #fitcheck #ootdinspo #familytime

Fall Into Reflection 🍂
An excerpt from my journal the morning after the retreat.

Most of the women who came were already in my world in some way.
And still, we left with deeper connection, more softness, and a real sense of being seen.

We slowed down.
We opened up.
We gave ourselves permission to show up as we were.
And we reminded each other what really matters.

There was one more line I almost added to the voiceover:
Creating community is a form of resistance.
I’ll leave that here for you to sit with.

If you’ve been craving connection like this
or feeling that quiet nudge to take up space again,
you’re so welcome in this next chapter with me.

Follow @confidentlyuncomfortable for future retreats, women’s circles, and intentional spaces like this one.

Somehow summer flew by and now cozy season is sneaking up on us 🍂✨

I can’t wait for more crisp air, golden leaves, and love-filled sessions like this one. Who else is ready to bundle up in sweaters and soak in all the fall feels?

The tiniest details tell the biggest stories: the curl of little fingers, the warmth of a snuggle, the way love looks in everyday moments. 🧡 These are the memories you’ll never want to forget, and the ones I love capturing most.

Fall mini sessions are now open! Let’s create something beautiful together. 🍂📸 Link in bio to book!
