Broccoli Cheddar Pasta 🧀🥦

Full Recipe 👇🏼
* 2 tbsp butter
* 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
* half a shallot, diced
* 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
* 2 & 1/4 cups chicken broth
* 2 cups half & half
* 3 cups pasta
* 1 & 1/2 cups uncooked broccoli, chopped
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tsp oregano
* salt & pepper (to taste)
* 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup Colby jack cheese
* 1/2 cup parmesan

Directions:

1. In a large pot, on medium heat, add the butter.

2. Once melted, add the red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and shallot. My video of adding the garlic got deleted, but trust me it’s in there🤭

3. Sauté until fragrant (2-3 minutes).

4. Add the chicken stock and half & half to the pot, the listed seasonings, and the Dijon mustard.

5. Stir well and bring to a boil.

6. Once boiling, add the pasta and turn the heat down to medium low. Stir often, about every 3-4 minutes, to prevent sticking & burning.

7. Once pasta is ¾ of the way done, add the chopped broccoli, mix, and cover for 3-4 minutes. Make sure to stir often to avoid burning or sticking!

8. At this stage, you can add extra chicken broth/half and half as required to finish cooking (everyone’s sauce preference is different so feel free to make it more/less saucy at this point).

9. When the pasta is fully cooked, turn off the heat and add all the cheeses. Stir well!

10. Top with fresh parsley flakes and more parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy❤️

Spicy rubbed chicken over mashed potatoes! 🤤❤️🍗 EAT OR PASS?? 👀🔥 And why does this audio sound so familiar.. 🤔 🎥 by @ariannalerner!
.
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese

In a small bowl, mix together all of the seasonings. Set aside 1 tsp of this seasoning blend.
Butterfly your chicken and season with your seasoning blend.
In a large skillet, heat up the olive oil on medium high heat.
Add your seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and place onto a plate and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter.
Once melted, add in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
Add in the 1 tsp of reserved seasoning and the cream cheese.
Whisk together until the cream cheese is melted and fully combined.
Allow the gravy to cook for 4-5 minutes until bubbling and thickened.
Plate your cooked chicken and spoon the gravy over the chicken and served with mashed potatoes and veggies.
