A moment that stays with you long after it’s over.

These are real moments and reflections from our recent Resonance experience. ❤️

And on March 7th, we’re bringing together an incredible community of facilitators for something even bigger.

Before the doors open… there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes. 🤍

What started as an idea is slowly becoming something real.

The conversations, the planning, walking through empty rooms and imagining them filled with movement, breathwork, sound, laughter, connection, and discovery.

And one of the most beautiful parts of this journey has been the incredible people coming together to help bring it all to life. ✨

There’s still so much to do, but every time we walk through these doors, the vision becomes a little clearer.

On March 7th, we get to share it all with YOU.

What if you gave yourself one whole day to explore something new? ✨

No expectations. No experience necessary. Just an open mind and the freedom to follow your curiosity.

Maybe you start with breathwork. 🌬️

Maybe you find yourself dancing, experiencing sound healing, exploring energy work, or connecting with someone you never would have met otherwise.

And maybe, somewhere along the way, you discover something you didn’t even know you were looking for. 🤍

That’s the beauty of Taste of the Healing Arts.

One day. Many experiences. Your journey.

Feeling called to something deeper… but not sure where to begin? 🌿

Maybe you’re entering a new chapter.
Maybe you’re curious about breathwork, sound, energy work, movement, meditation, connection—or something you haven’t even discovered yet.

You don’t have to know what you’re looking for before you arrive.

That’s the idea behind Taste of the Healing Arts.

Different rooms. Different facilitators. Different experiences.
One full day to explore and discover what resonates with you.

🎟️ One ticket. A full day of exploration.

This isn’t one workshop. 🌿

It’s a full day to move between experiences, follow your curiosity and discover what speaks to you.

One room might invite you to move.
Another to slow down.
Another to connect, receive, breathe, explore or experience something completely new.

There is no one way to experience Taste.

You create your own journey.

Yesterday, we walked through these rooms again… and for the first time, I could really see it. 🌿

Right now, they’re empty.

But on March 7, these spaces will be filled with movement, breath, sound, connection, laughter, curiosity and people coming together to experience something new.

One room may be breathing.
Another moving.
Another dancing.
Another connecting.

And somewhere along the way, you may discover something you didn’t even know you were looking for.

That’s what makes Taste of the Healing Arts different.

There isn’t one experience you’re coming for.

You create your own journey.

Seeing the venue again yesterday made everything we’ve been building feel a little more real. 🤍

Meet Sheryl Oleksak ✨

At Taste of the Healing Arts, Sheryl is bringing two experiences designed to invite you back into your body through movement, connection and conscious touch.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga
An opportunity to move, breathe, ground and reconnect with yourself.

🤲 Partner Thai Massage
A guided experience exploring supported stretching, movement and connection with a partner.

This is what Taste is all about — giving you the opportunity to explore different paths, experience something new, and discover what moves you.

And Sheryl is just one of 15 facilitators we’ll be introducing as we get closer. 🌿
