Since I coach men’s sprints, I don’t spend much time around other disciplines. I don’t get to catch a lot of his throws practices, but yesterday was different… I got to hang out and just be dad. It was nice 👍🏼

When you sweep the 110m hurdles; you take a picture with a broom. These gentlemen are smooth. Ran extremely well in the 100m and 200m. Also, the 100m and 200m relays were lights out today. I’m blown away by the work ethic of this team. I’m proud of today’s performance that resulted in a District Championship for the boys and girls. Go Cavs!

Moving here only 7 years ago, and just like that it's all gone within a few moments. I want to thank all of the wonderful people who have shaped me along this journey. The people I lost and learned from, and the people I gained. The moments on the field with my brothers that I will always remember. The help that my parents have given me each day. Thank you to all of the teachers who have taught me all I need to step into the next chapter of life. Thank you all, and I will carry each of you with me through life.
