My new apprentice Min came to me to learn medical tattooing or “paramedical” tattooing. She’s starting with learning the basics of needles and strokes and is really learning so fast! This is such a delicate process, teaching and the tattooing of scars. It’s the greatest honor of my life to be found by these incredible humans and asked to teach them! I’ll keep you posted in her progress! #medicaltattooing #paramedicaltattoo #orangecountycalifornia

Venus Retrograde brings old patterns and unresolved issues to surface. It is encouraging you to face your shadow reflect on your needs, relationships, and boundaries with love, money, and aesthetics.

It’s okay if you need support, during this time. ❤️‍🩹

This is my why 🥹

I met Lindsey at a full moon ceremony in May. We both shared our healing journeys and she said she would support me and get a tattoo from me when I was ready.

She kept her promise. She wanted paw prints of her Cat Phoebe who passed away last year. She wanted her little paws going up some scars to remind her that Phoebe’s been through every step of her life with her and helped her through the biggest changes. I offered her scar removal services (from my mentor) but she said no. She wanted the scars to remind her that she is stronger than her pain and that it’s part of her healing journey ❤️‍🩹

Thank you so much Lindsey for trusting me and sharing your story. It’s women like you whom I wanted to connect with and start my tattoo journey. We all have different journeys but we are all healing.

This experience was extremely emotional for me and I hope it can inspire you to wear your badge of honor proudly through your healing journey as well.

Would you get a healing badge of honor too?
