Jin and I have been working on his tattoos for years now and his ideas keep growing and growing. He has a vision and guides me to bring it to life. I hand paint the flowers of his choice directly on his skin, weaving the leaves and vines in and out of the negative spaces. This is really a true collaboration. by @ariclea.co

If you’ve had a mastectomy or breast reconstruction, 3D areola + nipple tattooing can be one of the final steps in restoring the appearance of your breast.

So, what can you expect?

Every appointment begins with you. We’ll talk about your reconstruction, healing, preferences, and what you want your final result to look and feel like.

Together, we’ll customize your:

• Areola size + placement
• Shape + symmetry
• Skin-tone appropriate pigment colors
• Nipple and areola details
• Dimension, texture + realistic 3D effects
• Scar integration when needed

There is no one-size-fits-all areola.

I use my background in fine art, tattooing, color theory, and restorative medical tattooing to create each one specifically for your body. My goal is for the finished tattoo to feel like it belongs to you.

Your appointment takes place privately at Alma Art House in Orange County, California, where I specialize in working with bodies that have been changed by surgery, scars, breast cancer, injury, and reconstruction.

HOW TO BOOK

If you’re fully healed and ready to explore your options, visit almaarthouse.co and submit an inquiry for restorative medical tattooing.

Not sure whether you’re ready yet? You can still reach out. We can discuss your surgery timeline, scars, reconstruction, desired results, and what your next step may be.

You’ve already been through the reconstruction.

Now we get to focus on the artistry.

Save this for later or send it to someone who may be looking for options after breast reconstruction.
