Sadly our local legend + hero Tim AKA @colddipcommando has passed 💔. We send all our love and thoughts to Tim’s family + friends ❤️

This Friday Wtmwtd will honour him in true Tim style by ‘getting wet’ @rockwatervillagepoole

Although sadly gone, Tim’s legacy will live on, as his unwavering bravery, courage and strength always shone through. All with his great humour and care for others. Pls follow + support Tim’s page for up dates of January challenge, this will continue 🙏🏼💚

Even if you are one of the few who didn’t know Tim, maybe this is an opportunity to remind ourselves how fragile life is + letting our loved ones know just how much they mean to us 🙏🏼❤️

START YOUR DAY ON PURPOSE 🙏🏼

Due to a little bout of shingles I’ve had to take my foot off the pedal this week and focus on a little R&R 🙃

Lots of breath-work, yoga and cold, salty dips in my favourite places with my favourite people to give the body what it needs ahead of my next training course coming up in exactly 2 weeks today 🫣
