You’ll be lucky to find an experienced coach/mentor in this age that both points you in the direction to move, then actually walks beside you at each step.

Instead we have a surplus of people with little to zero experience who were sold a ‘course to freedom’ selling that same course back as their ‘business’ after 6 weeks.

But you can’t blame them, it’s what they’ve been sold themselves.

The sad part is this leads to passionate high potential entrepreneurs falling into these very courses and communities. Jumping one to the other, then after a good 3-4 they are left in debt, years behind, and feeling defeated doubting their original vision.

I’ve been there myself.

I can only imagine how many life changing visions never came to life because of this.

I was blessed to find seasoned mentors through all the noise out there who didn’t just teach me the foundations, but are in my own corner till this day.

Also why I have been doing the same coming onto 7+ years at @onepercent.xyz — it’s not just another program/community, framework, module, motivational weekly session, ‘MACHINE’ that has you ‘feeling good’ as it preaches consistency so you keep showing up (and keep paying lol).

Instead we do 1:1 consulting where every strategy is custom to your current position, experience, cashflow, industry, vision, and designed to make you thrive in the longterm as the founder, entrepreneur, leader and driver of your business/es!

Clients aren’t just transactions, they are relationships that we build far beyond our time working with them.

If you’re tired of bouncing program to program, past the point of motivational communities, and ready to actually build offers, systems, teams, and the infrastructure that leads to sales and scale. Get started with our 3 month accelerator.

p.s - this is ONLY if you’re already earning, have 5-10+ years experience in what you do, bring that and we’ll take you to another level.

Apply at @onepercent.xyz to see if you’re a fit for our 1:1 accelerator

50 reps…the first 20 hurt…by 30, every part of my mind was screaming at me to stop…by 40, pain had become something else entirely.⁣
⁣
𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚… 𝙄 𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙛𝙩 𝙢𝙮 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮⁣

⁣
You’re no longer counting reps.⁣
You’re no longer negotiating with yourself.⁣
You’re barely even aware of the people around you.⁣
⁣
There is just the weight.⁣
The pain.⁣
And another rep.⁣
⁣
And another….⁣
And another.⁣
⁣
Your mind will tell you that you’ve reached your limit LONG before you actually have.⁣
⁣
That’s the place I’m searching for….⁣
𝗜𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ✨🙏⁣
⁣
Because if you can learn to go deeper into that place — beyond discomfort, beyond the voice begging you to stop, into the reps you genuinely didn’t believe were possible — you discover something about yourself.⁣
⁣
You are not the pain⁣
You are not the mind⁣
You are the One witnessing all of this⁣

#JulyDump pressure is a privilege, but that outdated version of yourself is going to complain at each step. THIS IS THE GAME. When you set the course towards growth, it’s CRITICAL that you’ve first built the inner awareness to see your outdated self justify you into ‘staying the same’. Without awareness you’ll misunderstand the ‘growth process’ as signals that ‘something is wrong’ and turn back to repeat your previous self. Remember that with becoming a new you, requires a dying of the old you, and a natural grieving process. It’s all part of the game 👁️♟️ This explains my July, my past few months, and also why I’m PUMPED for August with the trajectory I’ve set to close 2026 📍🗺️

🤩 Another month, my heart is full — and a reminder that it’s not about how much time you have in life, but if you actually lived in the time you had. I’m feeling more at peace than ever with who I am, what I have, where I’m going, and the people I’m walking this path of life with. God is good, and everything continues to make sense in hindsight — fortune favours the bold, so walk fearlessly with faith and watch how the stars all eventually align ❤️🥂 Entering May 😎

The way performance is built in Canada is about to changed

Had the opportunity to work closely with a team of AVANT personal trainers for the past month, exploring what sits underneath performance.

Improvement start to shift when coaches and medical professionals begin to collaborate around a truly integrated model of care.

Not just workouts.
Not just effort.

But understanding medical biomarkers to see how the body is actually functioning from the inside out.

This is where performance starts to evolve.

We’re just getting started!
