⚡️💪🏻New Trainer Alert💪🏻⚡️

Meet @chenlevieli
Tuesdays 9:45 am Strength Class

Fitness has been a big part of my life for years, and over the past seven years, I’ve developed a real passion for strength training, building muscle, eating healthy, and maintaining a strong, lean body.

That passion inspired me to become a fitness instructor—not only to challenge myself, but to motivate others to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident.

I’m also a mom of four and an accountant, so I know how to balance a busy life with staying fit—and you can be sure I never lose count of the reps! 😉💪

LETS TALK ABOUT IT🔥 STAIRS, BIKE, OR INCLINE TREADMILL?

If your goal is to burn calories, build your legs and glutes, improve conditioning AND keep impact lower, there’s a reason we love walking uphill on a treadmill. It’s why we built our cardio section!

You don’t need to run.

You don’t need to destroy your knees.

Just WALK.

Then add incline.

⬆️ More incline = more work
🔥 More work = higher energy demand
🦵 Your glutes, hamstrings and calves have to work
❤️ Your heart rate climbs
👟 And because you’re WALKING instead of running, you’re keeping the impact relatively low.

Compare that to stairs, where every step involves repeatedly stepping up and dropping your body weight onto the next level.

Or a bike, where you can get an incredible cardio workout, but you’re sitting down and your body is supported by the machine.

Incline walking gives you a unique combination:

🔥 High calorie demand
🦵 Lower body strength endurance
❤️ Cardiovascular conditioning
👟 Walking mechanics
⬆️ Adjustable incline
💥 Relatively low impact

And here’s the part people miss:

You don’t have to go faster.

Sometimes the smartest way to make walking harder is to make the hill steeper.

Try this:

3.0 MPH
10% incline
20 minutes

Then tell me how easy that felt. 😂

Walk smarter. Burn more.
