Ephesians 4:29 says,
“Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers”.

The verse means that people should avoid saying harmful things and instead say what is helpful to others. The words people say can be powerful and can either build up or tear down others.

Here are some other things that Ephesians 4:30-32 says:
•Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God.
•Put away bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking, and malice.
•Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, and forgiving.

By The Way:
god says to use your pepe’au(ears) and stop letting it take up precious ‘Aina(land) in your po’o(head).

God loves you and so do i and i, now just love yourselves so you can go love others as God ask!!!!
